Sunny Family Friendly Loft & Parking in Rye

This lovely and cosy 1 bedroom self-contained modern flat in the heart of medieval Rye is perfect for a romantic break or a country getaway. The double bedroom with a memory foam mattress has an en-suite shower room, and the flat is bright and modern with great views!

The bright open plan living area and kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and all pots pans & utensils for your stay. This flat is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day of seeing what the town has to offer.

Sole access to the whole flat. Access to your own parking space.

Free WiFi, Freeview TV and other amenities are included for your stay. Cotton towels provided and the bed linen is made up for your arrival.

If you need a cot or highchair please let us know when booking. Dogs are welcome for a £25 fee per booking.

About the property


We have two stunning flats to offer - choose just one or both. One 2 double bedroom garden flat which sleeps 6 (Stunning Rye Garden Flat & Parking) & one double bedroom flat (Family Friendly Flat & Parking) which sleeps 2 to offer.

The flats have been designed to be light, modern and happy! Both flats have one free parking space each. They are in the same building so you could even book with a bigger group. Please ensure when booking you select the correct unit you would like to stay in.

Rye is a beautiful town with plenty to offer and lots of yummy places to eat out - or you can cook at home. If there is anything we can do to make your stay extra special, please let us know!

We welcome dogs, but please let us know when booking as there is a £25 charge per dog to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Please keep them off the furniture.

Unlimited wifi included

Cotton towels provided and bed linen is made up for you. The beds will be made up for your arrival and bedding for the sofabed will be stored neatly in the bedroom cupboard.

A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided.

Cot and highchair available upon request, please let us know when booking.

Strictly no smoking & no parties.

Why Emily chose East Sussex

The two bed flat (River View) is great for a family or group of friends and the one bed flat (Rye View) is great for a couple or two friends. River View has its own private garden, its so close to the beach some days there is sand in the garden! Rye View is a beautiful loft conversion flat with great views of Rye. Free parking space (1 per property).

What makes this apartment unique

With your own parking space for the duration of your stay you won't need to pay for parking and everything in Rye is within walking distance. Camber Sands is just a short drive or bus ride away!

Emily's Rye apartment was exactly as described. Perfect location for exploring Rye on foot, close enough to High Street, train station and local attractions but just on the outskirts so you can enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle - not that there is much hustle and bustle in Rye to be fair. Quaint and cosy, great for a weekend away.

Clean, fresh, comfortable and great location!

We stayed here with our two pre-school daughters, and all 4 of us loved the property!

The girls particularly loved the 'hidden' bathroom and the rocking chair.

My husband and I loved that we could close the door on them once asleep! Much better than a hotel room!

The kitchen was well equipped for our needs.

The location was perfect for a stroll down the river, a wander into town, and a quick drive to Camber Sands - and we were lucky with the weather too!

We will definitely return!

Great location in a great area.Free bottle pionk for the Wife and tea & coffee also,Place was nice and clean.Rye is full of interest and near to other must see places.Overall a good break and look forward to going again.

Rye Flat 3

Flat 3 in Rye a very nice apartment for 2. Situated in a large converted house on the main A259 going through Rye. Although on a busy road, the noise wasn't too bad, the mornings being the most hectic but the evenings were mainly quiet. The house has been converted into 3 apartments, Flat 3 being on the upper floor in a loft conversion which has been designed very well. . Once you have gained access from the front door the flat has its own front door on the ground floor then just a few flights of stairs to the flat. Very spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. The shower room and toilet is located within the bedroom behind mirror sliding doors. Shower cubicle a good size, although there is only a tiny sink just big enough to clean your teeth and was hands. Rye is a lovely little town with ancient streets and buildings with lots to explore. Nice little tea rooms, and just a few speciality shops. There are also restaurants and a good few pubs. The flat is just a 5 minute walk to the main town. If you need a large shop the supermarket is located opposite the train and bus station. A 10 minute walk. We hardly needed the car as we generally caught the bus No 100 to Hastings then from there a bus to Bexhill on Sea or the small town of Battle, both well worth a visit. Having bus passes was a bonus although the trip on the train to Eastbourne cost £11 return each, but well worth it. No hassle travelling or parking. The car left in it's designated bay at the side of the house. Which was a real bonus. All in all it was a very enjoyable week in Rye. We were lucky with the weather it was warm and sunny all week. Would recommend the Flat and Rye to friends and family and would definitely book again in the future.

Appartamento carino in buona posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti in questo appartamento , quello più piccolo al piano superiore.

L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario per poter cucinare in casa, è presente una Tv, forno a microonde, asciugacapelli, wi-fi ; comoda doccia, parcheggio privato.

Si trova a due passi dal centro storico di Rye per cui a piedi si può raggiungere ristoranti e negozi per una piacevole serata.

Il divano letto non è molto comodo, va bene per un bambino, e per non troppe notti.

Abbiamo trovato lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti, ma un po di polvere in alcuni angoli della casa.

Lo consiglio per un massimo di 3 persone e per non troppe notti, comodo per visitare le zone vicine e scoprire il Kent.

Rye is a beautiful town set on the edge of the Marshes with great beaches, such as Camber, a short drive/cycle away. Rye town has many good restaurants, pubs, antique and boutique shops.

The flat is 5 mins walk to the Rye station from there you can get trains all along the coast and inland. There is also a local bus service with hourly buses to Hastings and Ashford. With a car there are many adventures to be had in the surrounding countryside and beaches.

Rye is a full of charm! Cobbled streets, great restaurants and close to fantastic beaches.

The flat is about 10 minutes walk from Rye station. A bus stop is close to the flat for buses to the local area.
