About the property

Peaceful location, 500 meters from the beach, bars and restaurants

This delightful attic apartment is just five hundred metres to the beach. Is tastefully decorated , ideal for four people. It is on the second floor. There is not elevator.

The accommodation is on the ground floor a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, a salon and two bedrooms. In this floor there is a terrace with a table, and BBQ. There is a small laundry.

Up stairs you can access to a large terrace with a table and sun chairs. The terrace is fantastic to have romantic dinners.

The swimming pool area is large and can only be used by residents and holiday makers who stay in the apartment block. This makes it very quiet and peaceful.

The natural park La Gola is just beside the apartment. La Gola is a protected park with a lake and bypaths ideal for walking.

A really quiet property, close to the main square, shops and restaurants.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal rental. No tourist services are offered as daily cleaning, breakfast or similar.

Fabulous spacious apartment centrally located

We enjoyed a great 2 week stay in this lovely apartment. It has a great location being close to the beach and Pine Walk yet in a quiet residential location. The apartment is spacious with 2 large terraces and plenty of storage space, and is well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Even at peak season the pool was not busy and a pleasant temperature. The property is on the second floor with no lift so bear this in mind if you are less mobile! There is a large free car park directly opposite so no problems parking.

Wir haben uns in dieser geräumigen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Betreuung vor der Anreise und auch vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung und Entfernung zum Strand ist optimal.

Originally a fishing village, the enchanting resort of Puerto Pollensa has everything, wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, fantastic cuisine and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The resort of Puerto Pollensa is arguably Mallorcas finest. Despite its success, Puerto Pollensa has managed to retain its charm and a somewhat understated character as well as its rather exclusive feel.

Location Information: The most beautiful and picturesque area of Mallorca is the Pollenca region which has a unique charm and beauty, and is the ideal destination for quality, family villa holidays. Pollença Old Town is a peaceful and tranquil town that remains very typically Spanish. It is four miles from the coast, nestling between two hills at the eastern end of the Tramuntana mountains. Pollença itself is indisputably pretty. Historic buildings with ochre roofs, sun-baked walls and wooden shutters line the narrow and twisting medieval streets. There are pastel-painted houses in the centre and Moorish water mills on the outskirts. It's also a haven of sleepy Mallorcan traditions - café life and the siesta roll on here as they always have. The heart of the old town is the central square, Plaça Major, where there are many café-bars and fine restaurants. Pollença also has lots of galleries of Mallorcan art and design, and a town museum. The most famous walk in Pollença is up the 365 steps of the tree-lined 'Calvario' - the Calvari Hill. There is a tiny church at the top with amazing views over the town and across wooded valleys to the sea Puerto Pollensa is host to long sandy beaches that curve around the bay and are divided by breakwaters and so are ideal for children. There are also a number of small, natural, sand and pebble beaches to explore. The atmosphere in Puerto Pollensa is relaxed with no loud discos or nightclubs, but a fine variety of open-air cafés, restaurants, boutiques and shops. The countryside around Pollenca Old Town and Puerto Pollensa is amongst the most stunning and picturesque in the Mediterranean. Lush green dramatic valleys, littered with grazing mountain goats and sheep and beautiful rural farmland hillsides dotted around picturesque monastery's and farms are the typical view from your garden here.
