The house The Olive Tree is named after a bonsai olive tree that was planted in the garden many years ago, today it has become a beautiful plant every autumn produces many black olives!
Is located in Gello, an ancient town of Lucca hills (altitude 500 meters above sea level) in the municipality of Pescaglia, about 20 km from Lucca between chestnut and oak trees. After passing the town you reach the mouths of Gello 700 mt s. L.M. which offers an enchanting view of the Apuan Alps.
From Gello down on foot of Celle Puccini are about 1km. This small village is famous for the Museum of the House of Giacomo Puccini, the famous composer of opera Lucca: Boheme, Turandot, Madama Butterfly, Tosca, ...
The house is located in the town center, is easily accessible by car and served by a public parking within walking distance.

The house the OLIVE accommodates 6 people in comfortable beds (none of them is a sofa bed).
On the ground floor there is the entrance and a room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower (currently under renovation). On the first floor there is a living room with kitchenette, fireplace, living room with TV and there is the door to the garden: outdoor, indoor, there is a kitchenette with electric oven, stone sink, boiler heats water and washing machine. In the garden there are barbecue facilities and a lavatory, and under the shade of a beautiful plant, and close to the olive, find the picnic area for outdoor dining (large table and chairs).
On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The house is a large open space on three floors, in which only the two bathrooms have a gateway and plans communicate via an open staircase and modern.
Gello is an excellent base for visiting Lucca, Garfagnana and the north of Tuscany, take walks in the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps and wandering mountain bike for the hills.
Near Gello there are excellent restaurants, one of the best is just 2 km from the village.

Belle maison calme
Gello est un magnifique petit village un peu oublié des circuits touristiques, les gens y sont charmants. La location était parfaite pour nous (5personnes), très calme, très propre et nous avons pu faire des excursions en montagne, à la mer, à Lucca et Pise, il y a aussi des grottes magnifiques. La route est étroite pour arriver, mais il faut mériter Gello !
Nous avons été très bien accuilli par Enrico qui est très serviable et très honnête.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist wirklich herrlich, wenn man die Natur der Toskanischen Umgebung erleben will aber trotzdem eine bequeme und gemütliche Wohnung haben will dann ist diese Ferienhaus Ideal.
Von hier aus kann man wirklich alles geniessen die Natur und die Stadt von Lucca die knappe 30 Minuten von hier entfernt ist.
Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht besonders nützlich war auch Enrico der sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert hat und uns gute Ratschläge gegeben hat.
This is just a magical place in the countryside, this house is beautiful and a great bbq in the garden just 20 min from Lucca we really appreciated everything in this holiday and want to come back next year. A special thanks to Enrico he gave us really good tips like the restaurant 2km far.
