Cozy condominium right across the street from Park City Mountain Resort. Newly updated in January 2013 with custom kitchen cabinets, granite counters, hardwood floor in kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, queen-size leather sofa-sleeper, 40' flat-screen TV in living room and 32' flat-screen TV in bedroom, WiFi, wood-burning fireplace. Read the reviews. This is one of the best values in Park City.
Free bus will get you almost anywhere you need to go. Grocery store (Fresh Market) is one block away.

This condo was perfect for our ski vacation to Park City. The condo is extremely well kept, very cozy and has all the amenities. We loved its location and being able to walk across the street to ski. We stayed five nights and didn't have to drive anywhere. In addition to skiing, we were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Location couldn't be beat! Working with Tom was easy and he provided us with all the info we needed to make our stay the best it could be. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. If we return to Park City for another ski vacation, would definitely hope to stay in your place again. Debbie and Steve
The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and appointed. We arrived very late at night and Tom made it easy to get in. He has some good restaurant recommendations as well.
Condo is literally right across the street from the Park City ski area parking lot, which you merely have to cross to get to lifts in the morning. Condo is nicely decorated and well maintained. Perfect for 2 people or a small family. Fold out couch/bed was quite comfortable. We were cold the first night, but we then figured out how to work the electric wall heaters. Fabulous stay with lots of wonderful skiing! Oh, and owner was great too. He sent all the info we needed ahead of time, had the unit ready for us when we arrived and was very accommodating about check out so that we could get in one last bit of skiing.
Can't say enough, we had a wonderful stay! Tom was very communicative before arrival, ensuring we had all necessary information to locate/access the condo. He sent a text to welcome us to the area when we arrived in SLC and to let us know he was available to answer any questions. We didn't need to, but it was really nice knowing that we could've reached out if we needed help with anything.
Location: We were able to walk across the street and hop right on a chairlift - even with tons of snow, the sidewalks were clear enough to make the (short!) trek in ski boots. There were two bus stops right nearby, so it was easy to make use of the free shuttle around town. We rented a car from the airport in SLC, but rarely needed it once at the condo.
Amenities: We weren't brave enough to jump in the pool (although it is heated!) but the community hot tub was wonderful after a day on the slopes. The condo was clean upon arrival, stocked with everything we needed, loved having the washer/dryer (laundry soap included), and we cooked several dinners in the kitchen. Loved being able to look at the night skiing lights on the slopes across the street in the evening. Working fireplace made for cozy evenings.
Overall: This condo was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed during our stay. We hope to return next year, and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

We were pleased with everything about the property. Very convenient location. Can walk both ways to the slopes, it's easier on the way home because it's downhill a bit. The unit was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The hot tub is large and was nice and hot after a day of skiing. We were able to walk to Fresh Market for groceries, and you can also walk to restaurants or take the shuttle anywhere you want to go. Note about the shuttle busses: they are free, which was a nice bonus, but be sure to check out the map or ask in advance, because the drivers we encountered were not very friendly or helpful. Tom was extremely helpful from the time we booked our unit, through our stay. We definitely recommend and would stay here again!
