Thank you so much for the use of your condo, my son and his friend had a wonderful time, skiing, hot tubbing and even laying out by the pool. It was so warm when we were here.!!

There was not one thing in the Kitchen or condo that was missing from my own things I use at my own home to cook etc. It was nice to have everything we needed.

The only thing that could have made it better was more snow but we can't control the weather.

A room darkening window shade is installed for those like a dark room for sleeping. The unit is completely remodeled and tastefully decorated. A master bathroom is attached. The master bathroom has adult height granite counter tops with 2 sinks and 2 mirrors, toilet and a large stand up shower. The second bedroom has a queen and single bed and ski pictures. The bathroom is across the hall and is decorated similar to the master bathroom, except has one sink, mirror, toilet and a bath tub.

Great Breck Mini-Vacation

BLUF: VERY clean condo, beautiful and comfortable decor, great amenities, well-equipped, convenient location and helpful owners. I wanted to take my niece up to the mountains for a mini-vacation but I wanted to make sure we had a place that we could enjoy the mountains but still enjoy modern amenities and entertainment that even a teenager would appreciate. This Columbine condo was perfect. Stan was very accommodating and friendly on the phone during the reservation process - answering all my questions. When we arrived the condo was easy to find, VERY clean and had wonderful decor - just the right mix of modern and rustic. Having the decks were great to go out and get some cool, fresh mountain air first thing in the morning. Since the condo is on the top floor, I often thought we were in our own private tree house since that was your primary view - not just staring at the other condo buildings surrounding you (even though they are there). It felt more private and quiet. Having the expansive cable, wifi and cell service were all really convenient especially with a teenager. We were able to hit main street in just about a 3 min walk for shopping and dining but also hike up some of the ski runs for some geocaching. We also took the gondola up to the Peak 8 Fun Park, and drove up to Dillon Lake and the Top of the Rockies for a scenic drive. All in all a great location to mix modern with the mountains. Breckenridge in July 2017

My family and I stayed in this condo in the Columbine Property the second week of July 2017. My husband and I have two teenage boys. The condo was very clean with modern appliances and interior design. There are two decks- one which has a gas grill and small table off of the living room area and the other is a rooftop patio with a table for six. We spent a lot of time on the roof top patio enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains and watching the wild life such as the birds and squirrels. We were very happy with the amenities in the condo and really did not need to bring much of anything to prepare meals. The Columbine property has an outdoor pool and hot tubs too. We did not partake in these amenities as the weather was cooler than we thought for July. The weather was definitely a plus 70 degrees during the day when at home in St Louis the temperature was 100 or higher. Another great feature is the use of a garage with a reserved space for the unit. The garage had a rack for our bicycles also in the same space.

The location of the condo was perfect. It was within a block or two of Main Street in Breckenridge. Breckenridge offers so much to do from hiking, bicycling, shopping, and of course many restaurants to choose from for dining. We liked Downstairs at Eric's/pizza. Although we tried almost every pizzeria in Breck. For grocery needs there is a City Market which was within a few minutes by car.

Within days of our reservation unfortunately the fires on Peak 2 developed with the nationwide broadcasts making Breck seemingly completely engulfed in fire/smoke. Fortunately we were able to contact the property manager to find out this was not the case and we were able to visit the area without qualms. We were happy for the community's sake that the Red, White, and Blue Fire Department were able to contain the fires and get the local homeowners back in their residences. I appreciate the ease of communication with both the local Columbine Property managers and the owner of the unit, Stan, which reassured us that we were able to keep our reservation. Stan was very friendly and informative throughout our stay. He called us midweek to make sure everything was to our liking. To say the least, it was perfect. We would like to come back in the future and would definitely stay at the Horvath's beautiful condo again!

Great location, plenty of room.

First time for a summer trip in CO, and chose Breck for 10yr old son and I. Great location. Walked every night to downtown main strip for shopping, eating, etc. Even though it was the 2 of us, wife and daughter loved playing pics we sent. Quite. Cozy. We were gone most of the time (ATVs, flyfishing, rafting, Peak 8, etc). Property Lyndi great. ONLY DOWN SIDE are the inside hot tubs (dated); outdoor hot tubs were getting work done on them. BUT was told my others they are getting redone next spring. Pool was nice every late afternoon. Would defInitley re-book here.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your great review. The pool association and member associations will be discussing and voting this August for a complete remodel/replace. The vote will be to remodel/replace the existing facility at a cost of up to 1.55 million. The project is planned to start after the 2017/2018 ski season and begin construction in the spring of 2018 after ski season. Complection is scheduled before the start of the 2018/2019 ski season. We currently very much enjoy the current pool and hot tubs and it's amenities. It is well maintained. A great place to relax and enjoy some quite time. Stay tuned for any updates. This property is perfect and exactly as promised! Condo has everything you need and is within walking distance to just about anything in Breck! We loved the rooftop patio for enjoying the sunny days. We'd definitely rent this condo again in the future!

Great place to stay.

We spent five nights at this well appointed, wonderful condo. The location is excellent for both in town activities and skiing. The unit is bright, well furnished, quiet and convenient. We would definitely choose this unit again.

Great place and location

Can't beat the location - super close to the lifts and Main St. We parked upon arrival and walked everywhere the entire week. Couldn't use the underground parking, but that's only because we had a rooftop box and couldn't fit. Unit was great, and the kids loved the pool and hot tubs every night after skiing. Most ski-in/out places are more hotel room, so this was a great alternative that gave us and the kids our own rooms, and much more living space. Owner has a good on-boarding process, so we felt like everything was squared away before we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.
