The unit is light, bright and airy having an open living room/dining room and kitchen area. The slate gas fireplace, carpeting, porcelain floors, granite kitchen/bath counter tops, and the rich western cedar ceilings provide a warm cozy atmosphere, along with the tasteful decorating throughout the unit.

Thank you so much for the use of your condo, my son and his friend had a wonderful time, skiing, hot tubbing and even laying out by the pool. It was so warm when we were here.!!

There was not one thing in the Kitchen or condo that was missing from my own things I use at my own home to cook etc. It was nice to have everything we needed.

The only thing that could have made it better was more snow but we can't control the weather.

A room darkening window shade is installed for those like a dark room for sleeping. The unit is completely remodeled and tastefully decorated. A master bathroom is attached. The master bathroom has adult height granite counter tops with 2 sinks and 2 mirrors, toilet and a large stand up shower. The second bedroom has a queen and single bed and ski pictures. The bathroom is across the hall and is decorated similar to the master bathroom, except has one sink, mirror, toilet and a bath tub.

Great Breck Mini-Vacation

BLUF: VERY clean condo, beautiful and comfortable decor, great amenities, well-equipped, convenient location and helpful owners. I wanted to take my niece up to the mountains for a mini-vacation but I wanted to make sure we had a place that we could enjoy the mountains but still enjoy modern amenities and entertainment that even a teenager would appreciate. This Columbine condo was perfect. Stan was very accommodating and friendly on the phone during the reservation process - answering all my questions. When we arrived the condo was easy to find, VERY clean and had wonderful decor - just the right mix of modern and rustic. Having the decks were great to go out and get some cool, fresh mountain air first thing in the morning. Since the condo is on the top floor, I often thought we were in our own private tree house since that was your primary view - not just staring at the other condo buildings surrounding you (even though they are there). It felt more private and quiet. Having the expansive cable, wifi and cell service were all really convenient especially with a teenager. We were able to hit main street in just about a 3 min walk for shopping and dining but also hike up some of the ski runs for some geocaching. We also took the gondola up to the Peak 8 Fun Park, and drove up to Dillon Lake and the Top of the Rockies for a scenic drive. All in all a great location to mix modern with the mountains. Great trip

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, great size for two couples and a kid. Pretty toddler friendly, nothing dangerous to worry about with the kid. The location was fantastic, we came to Breck to ski and it’s only a 5 min walk to the quicksilver lift and you are on the slopes. Avoided having to drive and park. Nice underground parking at the condo to leave car. Only a 5-10 min walk into town (depending where you want to go), we enjoyed walking Main Street and the vibe after a fun day of skiing. Stan was very pleasant to deal with, highly recommend. Very responsive on the first night when we needed a little help. Overall we had a great trip and would stay there again, hopefully next year!

Awesome Condo

I would highly recommend this condo. The condo was accurately represented on the website, very clean and comfortable. Just a few minute walk from the Quicksilver Superchair. Stan was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate staying here on our next visit.

Sweet Breck penthouse!

This is the first time we’ve rented a condo. We usually rent a home off the mountain. The pictures got my attention and I loved that it was on the top floor. It was private

and convenient! Close to the mountain and close to town. We left the car in underground parking for 5 days. Nice décor, comfortable furniture. Double sinks in the master bath!

Washer/dryer inside the unit. I appreciated the little details like Kleenex in both bathrooms, magnification mirrors for putting on make-up, all the kitchen gadgets, etc. My family

enjoyed the hot tubs. Stan is one of the most organized owners we’ve ever rented from. Sends you the details in a timely fashion. He was very responsive. We also enjoyed his

professional photography that graced the walls.

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting Stan’s condo in the future.

Loved the location, size of condo and amenities

We loved staying here!

We enjoyed staying in Stan's condo. The place looks just as the pictures show. It is very clean, well kept up condo, stocked with all the kitchen essentials and even a cabinet full of card and board games. We stayed for a week when temps dipped pretty low in the evenings and a little too cold to walk around at night. It was nice to have the gas fireplace to come back and warm up to and play a few card games around.

The location is perfect. You can walk to town or to the slopes. Grocery store is maybe a 5-10 minute ride away, not very far. Everything is very conveniently located near by. We will definitely be back again, wonderful experience.
