This is a renovated, beautiful, bright, large studio on the 22nd floor. The apartment has a balcony & large floor to ceiling windows with mesmerizing panoramic views of the city and ocean. The apartment is tastefully decorated with an elegant modern style that preserves the tropical atmosphere. The unit has a walk-in closet and queen-bed. In addition the building has 24 hour security, private pool and gym. Laundry room facilities are located on the 2nd floor with coin operated washers and dryers. Internet access is available in the apartment, lobby and pool area. Safe underground parking in assigned space only for renters. A tennis court at the Marriott Hotel, which is right across the street from us, charges a minimal fee per hour. Free access to the beach; entrance is across the street from us. Come and take in the ocean view while sipping on a glass of wine or just simply enjoy the sea breeze & watch the sunset from your balcony.

The apartment is conveniently located in Ashford Avenue, the fashionable Condado district of San Juan with a beautiful beachfront and vibrant nightlife. El Condado is one of the main tourist areas of San Juan and home to many fine restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist shops. There are Luxury Hotels and Casinos in the immediate vicinity that include the 'Marriott & Casino', 'Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino' and “Radisson Ambassador Plaza Hotel & Casino'. All within walking distance from the apartment. Free access to the beach, a short block from the apartment.

Internet access is available in the lobby and pool area. There is also a safe underground parking in assigned space only for renters. There is a Cyber Cafe and Walgreen’s nearby. For your sporting convenience there is even tennis court right across the street at the Marriott Hotel, that can be rented for only $ 10.65 per hour. Free access to the beach, entrance is across the street from us. Taxis and buses are always available on the 'main drag'. Come and take in the ocean view while sipping on a glass of wine or just simply enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sun slowly set from your own private balcony.

Perfect in every way

This small studio apartment was just perfect for our one-week vacation! It's across the street from the beach and walking distance from everything else you might need. The parking spot in the building was an added bonus. The pool was a nice addition for those times we weren't at the beach. The place was clean, furnished in a contemporary style. The kitchen had all the basics needed to cook simple meals. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we visit in the future.

Great views and great location

This condo is clean, bright, great views with two walls of windows, convienent to everything off Condodo Beach- plus a great little pool area. Underground parking is a great plus. Owners are accommodating and respond quickly to questions. Location offers tons to do and see. Tip: uber, don't drive to old San Juan-- everyday busy with crowds, mostly from cruise ships.

We would stay here again when coming back to San Juan.

Loved loved our stay..

Our visit to Puerto Rico for 10 days was amazing from the first moment we arrived.

Coming from Pennsylvania we looked forward to warmth.

The view from the terrace overlooking the ocean was breathtaking.

I loved having a my coffee in the morning hearing the ocean in the background.

The unit was so clean. Had lots of storage, the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials.

They even had beach chairs and beach towels and tote bags for shopping

It was beautifully decorated with the Caribbean colors.

The bed and pillows were so comfy

The location was perfect. Local accessibility to an organic market where the papaya were delish

You are also on the main ave right within walking to fine restaurants. Or take a quick bus ride into San Juan

All in all a great vacation

The 24 he security was important to us..we felt safe with key entry only

The pool was clean and refreshing

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would not hesitate to rent this unit from Jacqueline again

Unforgettable stay!

Yes, this aerie boasts the most magnificent view in all of San Juan. But when you can tear yourself away from the mesmerizing view and the scrupulously clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated space that provides it, you'll find a well-run building with a pleasant, accommodating staff and a gorgeous pool, a beach practically across the street, tens of restaurants within a short walk, a health food grocery and cafe next door, and a large supermarket not far away. We spent an unforgettable month in Jacqueline and Leandro's very special apartment and can't wait to go back!
