SUMMER 2017 COMPLETE REMODEL (Pictures pending) This beautiful comfy unit is less than a 2 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort (purchased by Vail 2014) and sits right on Park City Municipal Golf Course making it feel like there is no one else around you. It is on the FREE city bus route with easy access to all the activities and attractions Park City has to offer. It is close to Historic Main Street with shopping, restaurants, and galleries galore.

The condominium (really more like a townhouse) is a two bedroom with a loft. There is a queen master bedroom with its own bath on the main level. Kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining area, and powder bath are also on main level. A stacked washer/dryer is in the closet off the entry. There is a deck off the living room with plenty of room beyond to play in the snow. In the summer time, with the lush green golf course and mature trees, this is a wonderful place to be.

Upstairs you have an open loft with two XL twin beds and a second bedroom with a king bed. The loft and the second bedroom share a full bath off the hall. The unit is nicely appointed and well equiped.

The linens are high thread count and the towels soft egyptian cotton. The pool towels in the unit belong to the unit so please remember to bring them home.

There is one underground designated parking space. If you have more than one car there is alternative parking. The complex has a shared pool, hot tub, and sauna. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner suppled. Has a hair dryer in each bath.

Easy walk to Park City Mountain's lower ticket booth. Deer Valley Resort is 2 miles, The Canyons 3 miles, and Historic Main Street approximately 1 1/2 miles away. All easy to get to on FREE city bus.

There are endless Winter and Summer activities in Park City and the surrounding areas.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit for the comfort of all our guests.

Dennis and Lisa Loomis, of Loomis Construction, bought this in 2004 and gutted it down to drywall and remodeled it. Since 2004 we have kept the unit up to date replacing beds, bedding, carpeting, appliances,and TV's as needed. We also manage the property to ensure the high quality of the unit and rental experience for our guests.

We bought this as a rental unit. It is walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort (now owned by Vail, which also owns The Canyons) and sits right on Park City Golf Course. It is a wonderful location with easy access to all of Park City.

Excellent Condo

I was responsible for organizing a ski trip for a group I travel with each year, and I was so happy I chose this property for our trip to Park City. It is exactly as portrayed by the VRBO listing, and everything went off without a hitch. Everyone in the group was impressed with the condo, and was comfortable during our stay. The condo is decorated and furnished very nicely, just as the pictures show. It's located a short walk to the Park City ski area (cutting through the parking lot), and there's a blue line shuttle stop right in front, which we used to get to downtown. The fireplace, which turns on at the touch of a button, was great to have in the evenings. The condo was clean, well supplied, and everything worked well. All of this was very important to me, because as the trip organizer I would have felt very bad if the group had been uncomfortable or things had gone wrong. If I had to nitpick about anything, I'd say the shower heads could use a little maintenance, and I found it strange there was no exhaust hood over the stove, so cooking something like bacon is probably not a good idea. Overall I would highly recommend this condo, and would surely try to stay at it again on any future trip to the area. My thanks to the owners.

Wonderful home close to the slopes and everything else

We (two grandparents, two parents, a toddler and an infant) stayed here for a week. Also my sister came visiting for a long weekend. The place was just perfect for that kind of party. Everybody could have some privacy if wanted even though we spend most of our indoor time together in front of the cozy fireplace. The kitchen was very well well stocked with everything we needed.

Grandpa and grandson build many snowmen just in front of the patio and the lifts are in a three minute walking distance.

I can't think about anything bad to describe here. This was the best home we stayed in Park City (and the others were good too) in our third year of skiing here.

I would always return and can only highly recommend this place.

Clean and convenient

We loved staying at this condo with our family! The condo is very close to the base of the PC mountain. We walked about 5 mins to the lift with all of our gear on. We were able to walk or take a short uber ride to the shops and restaurants on main street. We would love to come back and would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and Close

Very comfortable for two couples. Easy walk to Three Kings or Firstime lifts. Condo has access to large hot tub and heated pool - nice at the end of the ski day. Shuttle stop very convenient and underground parking was a big bonus.

Condo itself was outfitted well with linens and bedding (down comforter was very warm!). Outside may appear a bit dated but inside was renovated well. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back!

My finance and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and had a great time. It was very clean, updated and everything worked very well. Although we weren't home much we found the condo very relaxing when we were. Great location and can walk to most places if you don't have a car.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It has good proximity to the base and has two bus spots very close by. It was convenient to the Fresh Market grocery store. We did not rent a car so we relied completely on walking or public transport. The hot tub was a short walk away and well kept. We would return.
