Perfect apartment and great location
We were 2 couples that rented this apartment for 4 days prior to our cruise and it had everything that we needed. Location was perfect for us and we walked to all the touristy sites. Would definitely rent this apartment again when we return to Rome! Giacomo was great to deal with and showed us exactly what we needed to know.
Cozy flat in a great location. Looks just like the pictures.
Flat suited our family of three perfectly. Great location and best gelato steps away from front door.
Great location--within walking distance or a short cab ride to all the major sites.
Clean and a fabulous location. The owner met us at the property and introduced us to the apartment. There is a fantastic gelato stand right around the corner. It is about 10 to 15 minute walk to Vatican City. Shopping is close by too. Would stay here again if I was in Rome.
Great Rome Apartment
This apartment was perfect for two couples visiting Rome. We each had a bedroom and bathroom. The apartment was big enough that we didn't feel crowded at all. It was in a good location, centrally located, and we were able walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Giacomo arranged for a driver to bring us from the airport, and met us at the apartment when we arrived. We really enjoyed Rome!!!
Overall a very good apartment, according to us, in a really good location!
The booking and contact with the owner prior our stay was easy and helpful!
We were greeted just as we arriwed and got information and keys.
The apartment was suitable for 4 adults (however two had to share a double bed and duvet), tidy and felt up to date. The location (next to a divine gelatio) was great, quiet area not far from center of town.
It would not hurt with one more cutting board, some coat hangers in the hall and a full body mirror.

Great apartment in the best neighborhood
My wife and I and our friend shared the Daedalus apartment. One bathroom was en suite with our bedroom, and the 2nd bathroom was essentially the same, as it is down a hall adjacent to the second bedroom. This room arrangement afforded a lot more privacy than we expected. The main room provided plenty of space for our rather long stay in Rome. The kitchen provided what we needed--the microwave was a nice addition, as was the Nespresso coffee maker. The Daedulus apartment faces a side street and there is a lot of natural light. The washer is small but works like a charm, and it was useful to have heated towel racks in the bathrooms for drying clothes ( few apartments in Rome have clothes dryers). As our stay was over a month, Giacomo provided weekly maid service, including a change of sheets and towels.
This location is amazing. It might seem remote but it is NOT! A less than 10 minute walk puts you in the center of the Piazza del Polpolo, and that puts you within a short walk to the Spanish Steps. In the other direction is the Vatican. The Lepanto metro stop is 10 minutes walk away. A major bus stop is a 5 minute walk. But best of all is the Prati district and this neighborhood. You get to feel like a Roman for a while. The main shopping street Cola de Rienzo, adjacent to the apartment building, is wonderful. Real Romans far out number tourists in this part of town. Grocery stores, a market, cafes and restaurants are everywhere. Last year we stayed very near the Piazza Barberini, thinking that location would be more central and convenient to see the sights of Rome. We found the Daedulus apartment to be much better located. The neighborhood is safe, busy without being crowded, upscale, and full of amenities.
Giacomo could not have been more helpful; the building has a concierge and it is a really lovely well maintained building.
The Daedulus was a great place to "call home" while we were in Rome, a great value, and we can't wait to return. Recommended!
A good review after a long stay is very important.
In a short stay guests may not notice any problems in the house, but in a month .....
