The cottage is very easy to find and superbly located a minute off the A55. The facilities within the cottage are fine well equipped kitchen, could do with some table mats and coasters as it's such a nice dining table. The front door window clearly needs repair over the winter but it didn't present any problems for us. The marina and views of Deganwy and the Great Orme is seconds away. The bed in the back bedroom is very low down which again didn't bother me but was a bit tricky for my husband. A small wardrobe or chest of draws in the front room would be of benefit if you were staying for a whole week. Conwy was lovely with all the facilities you need. Also Penryhn Castle (National Trust) is a fabulously intact castle with plenty to do for the kids.
Clean and tidy home with all the amenities you need for a stay in the area. Being on the marina you are within a short walk to the Mulberry pub for meals and drinks, and next door is a shop as well. Good access to the coastal road as well. Would consider using again if we visited the area again
Modern property, usual facilities, nice sunny garden and really well located for strolls around the marina and on into Conwy and driving to explore Anglesey and Snowdonia
Conwy Marina has lovely walks, nice pub and beautiful sandy beach all in walking distance. Lovely town of Conwy just 2 minutes away in car - city wall walk was great and the fish and chips! Llundudno only 15-20 minutes away - Gr Orme, pier, beach and tolled road all lovely plus good shops. Snowdon about 40 minute drive and memorable day climbing up and down! Amazing views. Zip wire in Snowdonia my children LOVED, again only 40 minutes drive, tops. We come from Suffolk, so the scenery is like another world - I would definitely come again :)
The house is in a great location in the marina. We were a little disappointed because the listing send that there was a washing machine in the house which turned out to be incorrect. However, we informed the owners and believe that it was an honest mistake which has now been corrected. Other than this everything went well and the owners were great to deal with. The welcome flowers and bottle of wine were a lovely touch. I think they should provide an iron and a hairdryer and then it would be ideal.
