Old Farm House from the end of 19th century, located on the edge of Santiago do Escoural village, 116 km from Lisbon. The house has just been remodeled and modernized while retaining the style and the original traces. It is now equipped with a family pool and Solarium surrounded by grass.
Access to the Farm is done by entering a gate that leads to a Patio. From the Patio, the House has 2 entrances. The main one, with the beautiful original door from the 19th century, leads to the hallway and the spacious Guest Living Room. The other entrance leads to the fully renovated and well equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils needed for cooking, and complete tableware sets.
The primary Dining Room, next to the kitchen, has a fireplace, which gives comfort in winter to these two rooms and the Living Room next to it, equipped with TV, Video and free WiFi.
The hallway gives also access to 4 bedrooms, all equipped with Wardrobe and Dresser, three of them with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is also possibility to set up a baby bed.
The house also has 2 large WC, one of them with bath and the other with a modern shower.
At the end of the hallway there is a Skylight that gives a fantastic natural light into the hall, where there are now a Greenhouse interior plants.
The house is naturally cool in the hot summer. In the winter we have the fireplace cited above, two powerful oil heaters in the Guest Living Room and individual heaters for all bedrooms and bathrooms.
There is still a garage for 2 cars with direct access to the street.
