Apartment in mountain house sleeps 4 to 6

Bright apartment on the ground floor of a house, in a quiet area: two bedrooms with 140 beds, a sofa bed, pellet stove with apparent flame. the kitchen is equipped (dishwasher, oven and microwave, raclette) and the shower room has storage space and a "king size" bin. Unobstructed view of the peaks of Madres. Garden not fenced. No parking difficulties. The house is only terraced on one side.
The ski resort is family friendly and remains affordable in terms of packages.
A shuttle during winter school holidays allows free access to the ski resort, a ski school and a garden for younger children are also available.
The essential shops are 300 meters from the subdivision.(grocery, butchery, bakery, cafe and restaurants, equipment rental)
For the lovers of the soil, the farms are welcoming in Capcir for greedy purchases (cheeses of goats, cows, ewes, jams and honey of country ...) and educational walks.
Finally hikers or sports snowshoes can without taking their vehicles, find the paths of Espousouille and many others, and hope to see deer, deer and deer, cows in summer ...

Maison confortable et cadre magnifique
Belle vue et cadre, parfait pour découvrir le Capcir. Le centre ville avec tous les commerces est à 10 minutes à pied. Belle ville avec une activité commerciale, touristique et rurale (un équilibre parfait difficile à trouver de nos jours). C'est une ville de montagne calme et durable qui sait prendre soin de son environnement. La cuisine de l'appartement est extraordinaire et neuve, entièrement équipée. Les matelas sont très confortables et neufs (c'est une véritable trouvaille en France où à moins de 100 EUR par jour de location les matelas sont presque toujours horribles). Le seul inconvénient est la route qui passe juste devant l'appartement, de l'intérieur elle est complètement insonorisée, mais depuis le jardin on entend les voitures passer (une voiture par minute en journée).

Séjour a Formiguères
Appartement très bien équipé, literie très confortable, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Seul bémol les marches pour accéder au logement ne sont pas du tout pratique pour des personnes âgées. La propriétaire m’avait parlé de 4 marches larges pour accéder au logement mais elle ne m'avait pas dit que ces marches n'étaient pas plates et qu'il n'y avait pas de rampe. Sinon logement super
