With its ancient stone tower, Bini Segui is a large villa of 200 m² with lots of charm and character, located in the best area of ​​Binibeca Vell, and with unique features: a few meters from the sea and panoramic views. The house is distributed on two independant floors, but connected by an external staircase that surrounds the tower, and sharing pleasant outdoor areas including pool with night lighting, solarium with deckchairs, mediterranean garden, barbecue, and an attractive chill-out area with sofas to enjoy the summer nights.

It is therefore an ideal property for two families who want to share their vacation, but with some independence and privacy. Both floors enjoy spectacular panoramic sea views, both from the terraces (the top floor terrace is perfect to dine together as a group and enjoy relaxing moments) as from the living rooms and bedrooms.

Bini Segui has been completely renovated at the beginning of 2012, providing the villa with cold/hot air conditioning units and a high level of confort, with modern perfectly equipped kitchens and bathrooms. In terms of location, BINI SEGUI enjoys a fantastic second line position next to the charming Fishing Village and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful and quiet beach of Binibeca, ideal for families. In an environment of absolute peace and quietness, but with all amenities on hand for a comfortable stay (supermarkets with daily newspapers, bars and restaurants, playground), our clients also find just in front of the villa swimming and sunbathing platforms, wonderful walks along the sea, city bus, etc.

But if you fancy taking the car and exploring the surroundings, we are also in a strategic location to discover the nicest South Coast spots (beaches of Binisafua, Binidalí, Biniparratx, Cala Torret, Punta Prima, Cala Mesquida), with all of Mahon capital city's attractions and its lively harbour at a ten minute drive. Good communication also with other charming areas of the island (Es Grau, Fornells, Ciudadela).
