Newly built apartment in quiet area with free WIFI

Ground floor apartment for 2 adults consists of a loft room and a sofa bed (queen size), a bathroom, a kitchen and a toilet in the garden area. It has everything a couple or family would need for the perfect getaway. The property has a private pool, a huge deck porch with spectacular views of the mountains of Soller. The kitchen is well equipped and modern (electric oven, microwave, etc) which is ideal if you want to eat at home, either in the dining room, on the terrace or outdoor pool. On the porch of the apartment you can enjoy breakfast bright morning sun (the sun usually appears around 9 in summer). There is a small lounge with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and LCD TV 40 inches. It is equipped with a USB port if you want to bring some of his own films. There are also hot and cold air conditioning cold and heat. It has parking and private pool. The place is very central, it is just a few meters from a supermarket and close to the famous Plaza de Sóller, where you can catch the old train of Sóller and go to Palma doing a very nice tour through the mountains or by tram to the Port of Soller to enjoy the beach and restaurants.

Small modern propery tucked away near orange groves but close to Soller

This is a very comfortable property spotlessly clean & well equipped. Ideal for 2 people with a generous terrace beside a small pool & orange trees. Convenient to a small supermarket & only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Soller. The owners lived upstairs in a totally separate aparment so were available if needed but not at all intrusive. Car parking was a available but small car recommended!

Excellent accommodation for two ... quiet location and only five minutes from small supermarket (that has all the essentials) and 10 minutes walk from the town centre ... pool area is very private ... owners live above but you wouldn't know they were there ... couldn't fault it ... will most likely return if dates suit ... highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment for our break in Soller

A great place for us 2 - we loved the garden and the plunge pool and the outdoor seating. Inside it had everything we needed and was comfortable. The location is great and the owner (Toni) is very friendly and helpful. Soller is a great town with plenty of places to eat, and great walking and cycling. We will recommend this place to friends/family.

Toni has done a superb job renovating this apartment. Toni made us feel very welcome. Excellent value and we hope to return to this beautiful area of Majorca. This is sure to be a popular choice for bookings.

We really enjoyed our time spent here. The apartment had everything that we needed and was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The owners were friendly and obliging. The apartment was very handy for the town of Soller and within easy reach of the Port. Would recommend.

The studio apartment was exactly as described, and just like the photos: bright, white, fresh and lovely. Very well laid out with a good sized seating area, dining space and a large bedroom area with plenty of storage. A fine shower room with excellent water pressure and a small but well equipped kitchen completed the inside. Outside there was a utility room with a washing machine - detergent supplied, yay! - and a gorgeous garden with orange trees and a pool which we didn't use as it wasn't quite warm enough. The sun loungers were in frequent use however. On the terrace was a dining table and seriously comfortable chairs, with spectacular views of the mountains as an added bonus. The apartment was only three minutes walk to a small supermarket and twelve minutes gentle amble into the centre of town and all its treasures. Let me say in conclusion that Toni was a joy to deal with from the first email exchange, the apartment was sheer bliss, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Car: recommended

Sóller is a beautiful village of Northwest Coast of the island of Mallorca. It is located about 3 kilometers from the port, the Port of Sóller. The village stands on a fertile valley surrounded by mountains. Sóller shares its valley between the village of Fornalutx and the hamlet of Biniaraix, whose total population is about 13,000 people.

The valley of Soller and Port are within half an hour from Palma de Mallorca and enjoy very good communications with its own railway, tram and bus service line. The valley and the surrounding mountains, "the Tramuntana" are the preferred people worldwide destination, especially those who enjoy walking, nature, culture, water sports, gastronomy or simply break away from the tourist bustle of other perhaps more familiar places.
