Spacious and bright ground floor appartment with private garden and communal pool at 400 meters from the beach, shops and restaurants, great location with easy access to the A-7. At 10 minutes drive from the city center of Marbella and Fuengirola. With internet without data limit at 30Mb of speed and A/C (all included in the price.

100 sq. m. distributed in two bedrooms, two bathrooms and large living room. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and smoth top range. 120 sqm meter terrace and private outdoor garden with barbecue. Satellite TV. Corner apartment facing south, so that all rooms have exterior windows. It has separate entrance from the communal area.

It has 4 lined wardrobes and safe personal security code to store valuables.

Swimming pool and garden.

On the beach is a promenade built with sections of wood you can walking and biking. On the beach you can access the natural reserve of the Dunes of Artola. To the east you can walk to Riviera.

Less than 15 minutes drive from the center of Fuengirola and Marbella center.

300 meters from bus stops and taxi. Numerous golf courses less than 1 km away. Internet available in nearby shopping center. Internet access is also available via USB modem with prepaid card (check rates).

Travel cot, high chair and baby changing table is provided at no additional cost, which will be supplied on request.

For booking 30% of rental and seasonal rest is payable on arrival or 8 weeks before it is required.

Pets allowed.

Suggestions are given before arrival to find the apartment easily.

Less than a 1 km supermarket 24 hours. Allowed arrivals outside normal hours and holidays, after consultation. For arrivals during the night you can provide a pack of dinner and / or breakfast on request at an additional price.

For people with mobility difficulties or disabilities please first consult according to each case.

A ten minute drive is: Aventura Amazonia, karting Funny Beach, Parque Comercial La Cañada, Parque Miramar, Mijas Aquatic Park, you can go horseback riding, tennis, golf, hiking and any water sport. A 200 meter walk playgrounds for children.

On the beaches of the area the average price of a hammock per person per day is 5 euros, some bars included in this price plus a drink.

The urbanization has direct access to the beach, where there is a restaurant open 10 am to 12 pm.

Less than a mile bars, clubs and beach clubs that open at night.

well appointed, good sized, good location

I stayed here with my wife & 2 young children in May. The apartment was perfect for our needs - a good size (bigger than it looks in the photos) with a nice open plan living area which leads onto an enclosed patio and garden to the rear... a very safe place for the kids to play and south facing, so plenty of sunshine. The property is very clean and well looked after. The host provided everything we needed, including a cot for our youngest and also arranged wi-fi connection (very handy indeed!). There's also a communal outdoor swimming pool just a few steps away from the front door.

The location is really good - close to a number of beaches and just a short drive to both Malaga and Marbella. There's a couple of supermarkets very close by and a late night supermarket a short drive away which came in very handy for us as our flight landed late evening. Within a ten minute drive, there is an amazing choice of restaurants too.

Our host, Maria, was very communicative before we arrived, answering all queries promptly and was very welcoming when we arrived and on departure.

I would recommend the apartment highly.

location idéale pour vacances en famille

L'appartement que j'ai loué était très bien situé, à proximité des commerces de bouches, de la pharmacie et du cabinet médical. De fait, il n'était pas nécessaire d'utiliser la voiture, ce qui est très intéressant lorsque l'on est en vacances. il en est de même pour se rendre sur la plage.

L'accès à la piscine est privé donc on y est à l'aise. Les containers à ordures sont bien fléchés et faciles d'accès.

je garderai de ce séjour un agréable souvenir.

La propriétaire est souriante, accueillante et se montre très disponible.

Je recommande cette location à toutes les personnes qui aime l'Andalousie et sa culture.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour sous le soleil de l'Andalousie. Concernant la location, rien a redire, spacieux, une grande chambre parentale ouverte sur le jardin. Un grand séjour, et même une arrière cuisine avec lave linge, très pratique.

Concernant l'accueil, celui-ci a été très agréable, La propriétaire, Maria est une personne discrète et accueillante, et si vous rencontrez un problème elle est la pour vous venir en aide.

La piscine est un atout, grande et très bien entretenue. Pour nous le soleil était au rendez-vous donc très agréable séjour.

Belles vacances en Andalousie!

Très bel appartement, bien décoré, fonctionnel, tout y est et de plus la propriétaire est très sympathique ,accueillante et veille à ce que l'on ne manque de rien!!

Il est très bien situé à quelques minutes des plages et à quelques kilomètres de villes comme Malaga et Marbella. Beaucoup de choses à voir et à visiter dans cette région et pour ceux qui ont une voiture Séville, Granada, Tolède etc sont à voir.

Un chouette appartement en Andalousie où on se sent comme chez soi.

Nous y allons depuis 5 ans et restons enchantés!!
