Stephen and Cynthia Dubinski have owned the property since 2006. We enjoy fishing, camping, travel, and of course our horses and dogs! Stephen is an avid, and experienced hunter. He has been a professional landscape architect for 35 years, and this can be seen in the beauty of the property. Cynthia is a firefighter, and EMT for the U.S. Air Force. We love this property, and we know you'll fall in love as well.
Stephen Dubinski purchased this farmhouse in 2006
The Guest house is lovely, relaxing, and newly renovated. The ability for you to bring your pets, or board your horses make this a truly unique experience. Horses have three separate green pastures available on the back side of the property, feed and water are both readily available.
Hunters and fishermen will appreciate the ready access to three reservoirs, all VERY close, as well as the blue ribbon trout stream just a few hundred feet off the property. Excellent game areas abound! Stephen has hunted, and is familiar with the entire surrounding area. Need a hand, advice, directions? Just ask!
This property is architecturally special. When you approach the house, you are greeted with a splendid structure happily situated within the grounds. photos can only tell so much of the story... You've got to see for yourself!
THANK YOU for a wonderful weekend. I don't have extra for a tip but I cleaned up as much as I could - as an extra thank you. I love this place. May God's spirit bless your family. You were a blessing to me.
The Dubinskis were very nice hospitable people. The guest house was clean and as advertised. It was quiet and relaxing on the property. Their horses and dogs were friendly and fun to be around. We would stay with them again!
Cyndy and Stephen are wonderful hosts. Their friendliness, helpfulness and hospitality made our stay at their guest house uniquely memorable. We all loved their host dogs especially our playful lab. The guest house is set up well for families with children. My teenage son was with us. We took him to meet up with his friends each morning to snowboard in Park City and made dinner for them all each night. The smaller fridge was not a problem for us and we enjoyed the short drive to Coalville to market. My husband fished, we hiked, I skied and also took time to simply retreat in the peaceful surroundings with the animals, Cyndy and Stephen, and near the pond. We look forward to returning! I highly recommend Stephen and Cyndy's comfortable and homey guest house and their welcoming (and professional) hospitality.
My husband and I, (and our two big dogs) rented this property over Christmas, and shared the space with four other family members. The two bedroom, 1100 square foot guest house was quite comfortable for the six of us and both dogs. The view is beautiful, and the property is great for outdoor activities. We were able to take the dogs snow-shoeing across the back of the property, and our host took the time to clear off the pond for us to spend an afternoon ice skating. We had a great vacation with very accommodating hosts. The only caution I have for a family staying here is that the fridge is a mini fridge, so it takes more strategic planning on the meal plans that require refrigerated foods. I would definitely recommend this place, and would stay here again.
This was our first time to use a service such as HomeAway. We were so impressed with the hospitality and the property - the description didn't do it justice. The guest house is large, our family of 4 was very comfortable. The patio is beautiful; so is the view, the pond, and the home itself. We were in Utah for a family wedding and the location was perfect for us. We would definitely go back.
Thank you Cynthia and Stephen!
Pointoview guest house was better than we expected. It met all of our expectations as well as our two children and Yellow Lab's needs. I enjoyed going for jogs in the morning while stopping to say hello to horses in pastures along the way. My husband enjoyed the walking distance to fly fish and views of the mountain behind the home. The owners are gracious and allowed us to use their property as if it was our own.
It is located just 20 to 30 minutes away from many attractions. We found great places to horseback ride, quad riding and rode the Alpine coaster in Park City. Another great activity was the Heber Creeper Railroad ride.
Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.
It is such a pleasure finding somewhere that our dogs can have a vacation with us. The hosts were very friendly. They made us feel very welcome, like family. The house and grounds were exceptional. Great pond, dogs swam every day, and played with Wyatt, Milo, and Jenny ( resident dog hosts) or just sat in the pond and watched the fish. Loved the town of Coalville. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! it was the best!
Seven acres of horse property, the perfect place to rest yourself, and your horses while on the way to the show! Three pastures on site, as well as a barn with two available stalls. Feed and water are readily available.
