"From 1 January 2016 the Lisbon authorities implemented a new city tax. This city tax is 1 € per person per night and is not included in the total price of your accommodation. It must be paid upon arrival in cash. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of 7 € per person. "

Please note that, according to Portuguese law, I am required to provide passport data / ID on my guests to local authorities. On the day of check-in please fill in the form that I will provide.

Apartment completely renovated, is situated in the THIRD FLOOR of a building, no elevator, in the Bairro da Graça, one of the best known and most typical neighborhoods of Lisbon.

Enjoy the holiday without forgetting the physical exercise, can know from this apartment, walk some of the most beautiful sights of Lisbon.

Up the street is the Belvedere of Nossa Senhora do Monte, where you will be able to enjoy a more beautiful views of the city and a set of wonderful sun.

Five minutes from home is the Viewpoint of Sofia Melo Breyner / Grace Gazebo as well as the majestic Convent of Our Lady of Grace.

Continuing the tour by Grace can also visit the Church of Saint Vincent and the National Pantheon. Tuesdays and Saturdays you can do some shopping in one of the oldest fairs in the country, Flea Market. Continuing the walk can go down to Alfama and enter one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Lisbon.

After walking through the narrow streets of Alfama climb to the viewpoint of the Portas do Sol, a balcony that all Lisboans liked to have at home.

From here select what you want to see first Mirador de Santa Luzia, São Jorge Castle, St. Anthony's Church, the Cathedral.

To rest the hike at the beginning of the street where it is located this apartment has a tram stop 28 already considered one of the ex libris of Lisbon.

Tram 28 or 'The Amarelinho' as it is also known offers its passengers the opportunity to meet the most beautiful old quarters of the city in the middle of typical Lisbon transportation, making known the medieval Lisbon, with its narrow, winding streets.

From home down the Mouraria, another typical neighborhood of Lisbon, comes to Martim Moniz from here is 1 minute from the Lower City.

At the foot of the house there are several supermarkets, shops, grocery stores, cafes, bars, pharmacies, parks and restaurants where you can enjoy typical Portuguese food.

This apartment is located on the third floor without elevator of a building where the facade is all tile.

The house consists of three bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed that once opened becomes a double bed with two mattresses side by side. Balcony with panoramic views. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine clothes and utensils. A toilet with shower .A living / meal with cable TV and Wi fi.

The apartment has plenty of natural light that provides good energy at home, the sun shines all day, all the windows have a beautiful view.

Important information to get home,

    - TAXI - 10/15 minutes from Lisbon Airport (estimated cost 4people of + -20 / 25 €)

    - METRO - 25 minutes from Lisbon Airport to Santa Apolonia.

take the red line and change to the blue line in St. station Sebastião.

Exit at Santa Apolonia, terminal station.

From here to the apartment is 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes on the bus 734 with stop in the beginning of the street from the house.(Exit at 6ºparagem)

    I hope that after a day of meeting Lisbon to get home good energy that will help find the rest for the next day to continue their discovery the beautiful charms that Lisbon has to offer.

A magical place

The apartment was spacious, well equipped (loved the coffee machine) and immaculately clean. The location is perfect, Graca is enchanting, quiet at night but a stone's throw on foot from the Alfama. We walked everywhere. A few minutes walk up the road is one of the best viewpoints in Lisbon. Gisela was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble and she made us so welcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Excellent apartment and the owners lovely people

The apartment is very nice, clean and very centrally located. With all the comfortable things we need for a very pleasant holiday in lisbon. The owners Gisela and her husband very nice people. Very kind. We enjoyed our stay here and for sure we will come back here.

Lovely flat and great host

The flat is spacious, cosy and very clean. It is well-located, the next tram stop (line 28) is just around the corner and a beautiful viewpoint (Miradouro de senhora do monte) is just two minutes up the hill and offers a stunning view of the whole city, the Tejo and the bridge Ponte 25 de Abril.

The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking utensils (cooker, ofen, coffee machine, toaster, plenty of crockery and cutlery etc.) and we didn't miss anything.

Gisela was a very friendly and helpful host who organised a pick-up service from the airport. and also called a taxi when we left. She and her husband helped us to carry our bags when we arived and when we left. It was no problem to contact her by email or phone, and she aswered all our questions quickly and helpfully. She helped us to find a great traditional Fado restaurant and even booked a table for us. (It was definitely much cheaper than the typical offers for tourists and I'm sure it was also much better!)

We enjoyed our stay in Lisbon and would love to come back and to stay in this flat again! Thanks a lot, Gisela!

Helles und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement

Das Appartement liegt im 3. Stock eines Lissabonner Altbauhauses. Es ist neu renoviert und hat alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Lage in Graca (Arbeiterviertel) ist sehr zentral aber trotzdem abgelegen von den üblichen Touristenströmen. Schöne urtümliche Cafes und Restaurants.

situation exceptionnelle , vue étendue sur Lisbonne appartement très confortable

Accueil tout à fait sympathique de la propriétaire qui habite dans l'immeuble.

L'appartement est très confortable, bien aéré et lumineux. Il est dans un état impeccable. Le quartier est très vivant avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à prix modéré dans les environs immédiats.

Et quel plaisir de pouvoir prendre le vieux tramway pour descendre au centre-ville car l'arrêt est à moins de 100 m de l'immeuble.

nous recommandons vivement cette location.
