Fully renovated apartment located downtown very close to the Lisbon Cathedral and within 2 minutes walk from the River Tejo. The nearest supermarket is located at a 2 minute walk from the apartment, as well as the closest covered car park.
The parking in the streets surrounding the apartment is conditioned and reserved for residents. So when traveling by car we recommend you to leave the car in the car park or to look for an authorized parking area. You have a pastry next to the apartment where you can have breakfast and several gourmet food stores and souvenirs nearby.
The Terreiro do Paço is 2 minutes walk from the apartment, here you can enjoy the sunset by the riverside or on the terraces / restaurants in the square. You are in the perfect place to discover the city on foot, you have a stop of the famous tram 28 at 1 minute walk from the apartment and is at a short walk from Chiado and Rossio.
This self catered apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 4story building with elevator with a shared patio on the ground floor. It’s a duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms, two of them have double beds and one has two single beds. One of the bedrooms is in the upstairs floor (mezanine) and it’s an en suite with a full bathroom with shower. Downstairs you have the other two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
The living room has one sofa, TV and IPOD Docking Station. The dining room is a separate room with a table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and has direct access to a small balcony. In case you are travelling with a baby we can provide a baby cot or a baby chair, with cost, just let us know in advance so that everything is ready when you arrive.
All the apartment is equipped with WI-FI access and you have portable heaters to warm up your stay.

We arrived early and we were able to occupy immediately. It's a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the 4th floor with a view of the ocean. It has a large kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook! We preferred to eat out but bought some cheeses and meats in for a late snack after a large lunch. Walking distance to just about everything you need to see. We found a little cafe/port shop that we frequented every evening before retiring for the night and it's name was FALIS and if you decide to go say hi to Roxanna for us, she's sweet and introduced us to some awesome Port. All and all a great place to stay and you won't go wrong. ******
This is a very well kept and modern three bedroom apartment with spacious and inviting rooms in a great location. The overview describes the apartment clearly and accurately. The beds are comfortable with good quality linens. The kitchen is a good size and all the necessary equipment to eat a home cooked meal in the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the customer service is excellent. The grocery store is a 2 minute walk and the sights are within walking distance. There is one very small drawback of low water pressure in the shower but all the other positive attributes make up for it. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Aufzug war defekt und der Türöffner funktionierte nicht.
