Cozy duplex located in Seville's Old Town district in a 1st floor in a completely renovated house. It is well connected and can walk anywhere. It is a safe and close to shops, bars, restaurants and markets and supermarkets area. This spacious duplex furnished with modern and simple style is upstairs bedroom with large double bed of 150 cm and a bathroom with sink, toilet and bathtub; besides the beautiful private terrace perfect for breakfast, lunch, sunbathe or enjoy a wine on a warm evening. The ground floor is divided between the compact and fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils; and living room with double sofa bed 160 cm which makes it ideal for 4 guests.

Great location

Ramon answered all our questions be email quickly. Information provided on website is exactly what you get. It was very hot for us during our stay we appreciated the air conditioning on our last night stay very much. Very easy to use the train station for day trips. Walking to old town is very easy. We would stay here again.

A wonderful Stay

We spend 5 days and felt very very well. Ramon and Leticia were so nice and explained us everyting we need to know, ordered Flamenco Tickets for us and gave us all informations where to go, where to shop, where to eat and what don't to miss.5 minutes away is a big supermarket LIDL, where you can buy all you need. Restaurants and the old city are wonderful with a small walk nearby. We did everything with walking except an impressing football game, by Besitas Sevilla: Granada. The apartment was top!!! there are two airconditions for the sleeping room as well as the open kitchen with an place to eat and to sleep on a sofa, if you are more than 2. For the heat in this city, you can use it and feel well, because even in september it is necessary to have an aircondition. I also loved the little terrace in front of the sleeping room, having a coffee in the morning or looking in the stars at night. it was wonderful and many thanks to Ramon and Leticia, it was not our last visit!!!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très propre, très bien équipé et agréablement climatisé !

Ramon est venu sur notre demande nous chercher à l 'aéroport et nous avons vraiment apprécié son accueil et ses conseils, sans parler de son excellent français !

Une très bonne adresse pour visiter Séville ! Merci beaucoup

Juste pour préciser, l'appartement c'est trouve dans le centre historique (Pour ceux qui connaissent et habitent dans la ville de Seville), entre le quartier de Santa Cruz et le quartier de La Macarena, alors nous ne sommes pas entièrement d'accord avec votre commentaire sur l'emplacement. Heureusement, la plupart de nos locataires ont trouvé le même appartement très bien placé, comme tout le monde peut lire dans les autres avis.
