Property on main A road so very noisy - not a peaceful place to stay
The property is on a busy A road with road noise. As an old cottage, the window in the main bedroom does not close properly so the noise of vehicles is loud, often disturbing sleep.
There is no frontage to the property so is not advisable for young children as the road can be quite busy with cars and lorries.
Due to noise it doesn't make for a peaceful relaxing holiday as one would think from the way this property is described in the advertising.
The beds need updating - the large bed has an old mattress which you can feel the springs through, and the single beds creak when you move.
