The picturesque harbour is home to many restaurants including one belonging to renowned artist Damien Hirst which serves freshly caught fish virtually straight off the boat and there is a selection of pubs to enjoy the sun setting over the picture postcard horizon. The harbour is home to many boats offering trips from pleasure cruises around the coast fishing trips for the family or to the marine nature reserve of the internationally known Lundy Island. The accommodation is accessed through a communal entrance hall is all at one level and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with walk-in wardrobe and 1 king-size double. Both bedrooms have 32 Smart TV with Freeview. Shower room: with large cubicle hand rails and high rise WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with countryside views. Lounge area with large 3D TV basic Sky Package Smart Blu-ray DVD (various apps including: BBC iplayer You Tube and childrens games) and Wi-fi connection. Dining area with oak table. Kitchen area with electric cooker hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Outside: balcony area only with seating and views over gardens and the town. Amenities: parking for 1 small car at the front of the building with additional roadside parking. Bed linen towels electricity under-floor heating gas fire and Wi-fi included. Smoking is permiited on the balcony however regret no smoking within the property. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: regret no washing machine but washing service provided on request. Location: beach shops pubs restaurants and theatre all within short walking distance.
