This apartment enjoys a lovely quiet location close to Exeter with its 15th century Cathedral wide Range-style of shops and choice of eateries which is to the north of the property. To the south the attractive seaside town of Dawlish is within a twenty-minute drive and makes for a great place to enjoy the beach explore the town centre or perhaps enjoy a hike along the South West Coast Path. Further afield yet still within easy reach Dartmoor National Park and the beaches of the English Riviera make this an ideal location for a break to suit a wide Range-style of tastes and interests.
