About the property

This charming annexe is situated two miles away from Welcombe Mouth beach. Visitors are free to roam the farm and watch the staff go about their daily work. Close to the Devon/Cornwall border there are many attractions and places of interest that are a short car journey away from the farm including RHS Rosemoor Gardens Docton Mill and Tapeley Park. The traditional villages of Clovelly and Hartland are also worth visiting to explore their shops pubs and cafés. There are also many scenic clifftop walks along the coastline for those who like to get out and about in the fresh air. The annexe is laid out on one floor. Upon passing through the main door there is a lounge/diner with a double sofa bed (available on request) and chair. Entertainment is provided by Freeview TV DVD player video recorder and a selection of books and games while there is also a dining table here perfect for enjoying meals at any time of day. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is one double bedroom with an additional single bed also in the room. The shower room adjoins the bedroom and features a level entry shower handrails wall heater and WC. A shower stool is also available for use. Outside the annexe there is a large garden with excellent views a BBQ and garden furniture. Car parking is available for guests in front of the building. The property is accessed by a farm track. A village shop and thatched pub are located one mile away.
