This contemporary and modern apartment is arguably situated in the best location in Ilfracombe with uninterrupted sea views with the South Wales coast on the horizon is a stunning base for any Devon holiday. Ilfracombe is a wonderful place for a holiday whether with friends or family with its charming harbour good restaurants and interesting places in the small independent enclave. Just ten minutes by car from this lovely seaside town and you ll find yourself at the sandy surfing beaches of Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton Sands. To the north is Exmoor National park a vast expanse of beautiful moorland which meets the coast where there are plentiful walks and hidden places to find. The South West Coast path is also easily accessible from Capstone Oceanside 8 and guests can choose to walk either north or south along the coast from right outside the front door. Other attractions include a wide range of National Trust properties and gardens the pretty cliff side villages of Clovelly Lynton and Lynmouth well located for exploring the regions diverse selection of visitor attractions including diving and Seal spotting at Lundy Island. This lovely apartment is approached via a few external steps and a lift it offers two bedrooms for four guests. There is one double with en-suite shower room and WC and one twin with ocean views. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath heated towel rail and WC. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has Free WiFi/TV/DVD a games console with games radio stereo with iPod docking station. There is a floor to ceiling bay window with breath-taking views out to sea while dining. A door leads to the private balcony with seating and fantastic uninterrupted views of the sea and distant coastline (care with small children must be taken). Choose to stay in and cook rather that head to the nearest pub or restaurant the well-equipped kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven microwave fridge/freezer washer/dryer and dishwasher. Parking is available roadside or in carparks close by one parking permit is provided on request with a full week booking between 15th March 31st October (please ensure this is arranged directly with the caretaker 7 days prior to arrival)
