The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC 1 double with sea views and a 3 bunk bedroom (suitable for adults). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV DVD and Freeview bay window and door overlooks the rear courtyard enjoying fantastic uninterrupted sea views. Kitchen area comprises electric oven gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: patio area which is covered by the balcony above and enjoys a private aspect with seating. There is a further larger patio area with sea views (care must be taken with small children). Amenities: Parking permit provided for 1 car in designated local car parks the nearest being the harbour car park which is approximately a 5 minute walk from the property (You must supply your vehicle registration number at time of booking and please be advised that these permits are NON transferable). Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no pets. Location: beach shops pubs and restaurants all walking distance.
