You can take a stroll directly from the farm along the Exe Estuary Footpath / Cycle Track to Dawlish Warren Starcross Exeter and all around the Exe Estuary to Exmouth via Topsham. Located less than 1 mile from the property you can also find Cockwood Village and there a couple of excellent harbour side pubs serving sea food. Many birds some quite rare visiting the local fields and nearby nature reserve. Bring your binoculars! Jump on the Starcross Ferry (Easter - October) or try one of the many boat trips and estuary cruises on offer. Walks direct from the farm or visit the attractions close by such as Dawlish Teignmouth the market town of Newton Abbot Dartmoor or nearby Powderham Castle.
