The town itself is a fine example of an historic market town with its shops leisure centre eateries and theatre making it a lovely place to spend a day wandering the streets which are lined with buildings made from local stone. Dartmoor National Park the edge of which is just four miles from the property offers stunning scenery paths and cycle ways for all abilities and a wealth of wildlife. Other attractions in the area include the National Trust properties of Buckland Abbey and Cothele the city of Plymouth and Morwhellam Quay. This property is one-of-three on this 160-acre farm and offers comfortable quirky accommodation for adults only (babes in arms under six months are welcome). The property occupies the first floor of the farm s roundhouse barn and is accessed by a flight of external stairs which lead to the front door. The delightful bedroom is a lovely restful space with a double bed. The properties bathroom offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside the property benefits from its own raised patio area with garden furniture so that guests can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of their surroundings in privacy. In addition to this guests have access to the spacious shared gardens. There is ample off-road parking adjacent to the property.
