If you prefer the local bus service stops near the apartment and goes to the town centre. During the season fishing trips leave from the harbour and there is a seasonal ferry service to Torquay and Dartmouth as well as bus connections to all over Devon. Nearby English Heritage and National Trust properties include Agatha Christie s Greenaway estate and Coleton Fishacre. Traditional seaside beaches and attractions are close by at Broadsands Goodrington Paignton and Torquay. Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican is a little further as is Exeter with its magnificent cathedral and quayside both make for an excellent day trip.
