I grew up in Tucson and my husband in Buffalo NY. We have 3 children, a dog and a rabbit. I work in the construction industry so I am always looking to improve the condo. My husband works in the medical field. Our 2 oldest are now in College and our youngest is in middle school (9/2015).

We purchased this property because we love Tucson especially during the monsoon season when the desert gets a well deserved quenching and lightning dances in the night sky. The location is the best Tucson has to offer and the proximity to the mountains is, well, sublime.
Our unit is on the perimeter of the property looking out upon the desert. I enjoy observing & listening to the desert wildlife just below our back patio. It is so peaceful and quiet it is hard to leave.
Excellent housekeeping, great location and a nice condo is all that is needed for a great stay in the Catalina Foothills.
We recently visited Tucson to attend the University of Arizona Parents and Family Weekend. I was excited to find a place that was located north of campus toward the mountains. Skyline Villa offered a quiet and relaxing stay for my family. The view from the patio offered a nice spot for morning coffee. The Villa was decorated really cute and the beds were super comfy! The owner, Mary, was so easy to communicate with and made our overall stay wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare full meals, there was also a great library of DVDs and Board Games. She also had a great selection of books and magazines. We plan to make this our number 1 choice for accommodations when we visit our son at the U of A.
We had a very good time, furniture was comfortable and the view was pretty and priced better than a hotel.
This condo is a gem! It has a perfect location in Tucson (walking distance to La Encantada mall) and is perfectly located within the condominium complex as well. It is very aptly described in VRBO, but it is even more lovely to see it in person. You will be delighted with this tastefully decorated, very comfortable "home away from home".
We rented from Dec 15, 2011 to Jan 15, 2012. The location was fabulous and area safe and easy to get everywhere. Loved the jacuzzi and pool. All was exactly as expected and no problems were encountered. Tucson is fabulous with hilites being the Kartchner Caverns, hiking Phoneline Trail, Blackett's Ridge, Bridal's Veil, and staring at Blue skies
This area is known as the FOOTHILLS because it is located at the base of the SANTA CATALINA MOUNTAINS. Our property is a 3-minute walk to the upscale shopping center La Encantada which contains a gourmet market, art galleries, restaurants and boutiques. Luxury Resorts & golfing venues like Ventana, Westin La Paloma, Skyline Country Club, Hacienda Del Sol Ranch Resort and OMNI Tucson National are also a short drive away. The Skyline Villas Complex is located at 6651 N. Campbell Ave.
