It is located in front of the promenade pedregalejo. Apartment near the beach, newly renovated and re-decorated. Very bright, 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one double. The rooms are large and spacious, all have ample closet and onto the terrace .It has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and spacious terraces. It is a charming accommodation and very welcoming. To make you feel at home.

The apartment has a spacious and modern distribution. Quiet urbanization with garden, tennis court and pool.

The complex next to the beach, the promenade of Pedregalejo.

Near the shopping area Echevarría bat. Close to bus stops with an hour which leads directly to the center, train station and autobúsEl apartment is located in one of the most emblematic and quiet neighborhoods Malaga. Known as old fishing village with the best fried fish and their famous kebabs.

Excellent location with very good connection to the center by bus in less than 15 min.

The apartment is in front of the promenade where you can enjoy the beach, beautiful walking and bike rides, playground, beach volleyball courts and soccer. It is a typical fish restaurants and meeting place for beer and watch the sunset.

An idyllic place to enjoy the best area of ​​Malaga.

Commercial area, 5 min walk where you can find all kinds of shops and local market Palo. A 2 km drive north Pinewoods find the famous San Anton, easy hiking trail that climbs to the peak with spectacular views of Malaga and its bay. It also has a recreational area called the Lagarillo for a day of barbecue.

This is one of the cleanest, well maintained properties ever. Nice smelling duvet covers, towels etc., welcoming bottle of wine, water olives, nuts and crisps. Douche and pump soap in the bathrooms, all the comforts you need. Every thought has been put into place for making a relaxing stay. Myself, my partner & 4 children (aged between 10 & 17) arrived on a late Thursday afternoon & had the warmest welcome by Sergio & Anna with a bottle of red wine, orange juice, nibbles & fruit waiting. You often wonder whether the photos on the website will be what you find but Sergio's appartment is even better in real life and what hospitality! Beautifully fresh & modern with literally all the home comforts you need (TV, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, kettle, coffee maker etc.) plus air conditioning in the master bedroom & living room & fans in the 2 other bedrooms. With the 38 degree heat this was very welcome! Having 2 bathrooms with toilets was perfect for the 6 of us. An open long terrace joined the 2 conservatory's leaving the master bedroom & 3rd bedroom giving a choice of view, (my favourite was towards the mountains). Also it is a very secure, well maintained building with 2 entry systems and a lift or stairs to reach the appartment on the 2nd floor. Fabulous large pool (3.5m in the deep end) which stayed open until 9pm and a tennis court.

The beach was literally on the other side of the road from the appartment with a boulevard of true Spanish restaurants spanning each way where a choice of the mornings fish would be cooked on open fires. Las Acacias is a fishing village and obviously a very popular resort for the Spanish as we really didn't hear hardly any other languages being spoken. Walking to the left facing the sea are different coves with calm water or further along with waves (perfect for our kids!). Their is also a mix of several coves being sand and another sand & stone. The best time to stroll the boulevard is between 10pm & midnight when all the Spanish families are out with their children enjoying this social time. It is so alive!

Then it's only a 20 minute bus ride from the top of the road at €1.30 a ride into Malaga where there is so much to see & do. Automobile & Fashion museum, MIMMA the interactive musical museum, Picasso museum, 2 amazing Roman castles, Malaga Cathedral, Pompidou Centre (& of course shopping!) just to name a few.

I would also like to add that Sergio was always available via email or phone and really helpful with any of our questions.

We truly had the most wonderful diverse week staying in Sergio's appartment and 100% definitely recommend it!

Just perfect

The apartment is situated in a very great location just across the street from the beach and within short walking distance along the beach to multiple fantastic beach restaurants with great seafood! It is close to bus stops, groceries, taxi stands, everything! The apartment is well stocked with everything you need and clean and tidy. The people in the complex were so nice and friendly to us. The pool was refreshing and fun. We had such a great time here!

Nice and clean apartment!

It was a very nice and clean apartment. We were welcomed by Sergio and Ana who were very nice and gave us useful information about the area around (shops, busstop, beach and restaurants). It was also standing on the table redwine, fruit, cookies and chips. Really good welcoming. The morning we were leaving they ordered a taxi and came to the apartment and waited until the car arrived.

Thank you Sergio and Ana for your helpfulnes.

We will absolutly recommed this apartment.

Große Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage, jedoch mir einigen Mängeln.

Die Wohnung wurde von 5 Erwachsenen genutzt und war hierfür auch ausreichend. Besonders angenehm ist die Strandnähe mit den vielen Restaurants in El Palo. Auch eine Busverbindung nach Malaga ist leicht zu erreichen. Sollte man mit Mietwagen anreisen, kann dies in der Saison zum Alptraum werden, wegen der nicht vorhandenen Parkmöglichkeiten.

Probleme gibt es in der Wohnung mit der Warmwasserversorgung für die beiden Bäder. Obwohl die Wohnung europaweit angeboten wird, gibt es aussschliesslich spanische Fernsehprogramme. Englische oder deutsche Programme wären wünschenswert. Die WiFi Verbindung klappt in der gesamten Wohnung sehr gut.
