This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet residential area in Mandelieu just 15 minutes drive to Cannes and 30 minutes to Nice Airport. A quiet tree lined road leads through the golf course behind the apartment and on to the beach and Port of Mandelieu La Napoule where you will find a choice of excellent restaurants and bars.Golf course, pitch and put and driving range 200m from the apartment.This property is situated on the fourth floor of a well maintained, secure, gated apartment building with a swimming pool.The terrace has a lovely view over the pool and golf course. The large supermarket and shopping gallery, only 5 minutes walk from the apartment offers a fabulous selection of food and wine. This apartment is an ideal base for discovering the Côte d'Azur or to enjoy a restful holiday in quiet surroundings but only minutes away from Cannes and it's luxury boutiques, market, beaches and fabulous restaurants.

From the nearby port of La Napoule, you may take a boat tour to the beautiful Islands of Lerins; The Compagnie Maritime Cannoise also offers excursions to Monaco, St Tropez or St Remo on the Italian border. Yacht charters are also available from the nearby ports.

The beautiful neighbouring towns of Cannes, Antibes and Nice are well worth a visit as too are the hillside towns of St Paul de Vence, home of many artists, or spend a day in one of the beautiful Provencal villages such as Gourdon, Tourrettes or Eze and browse through the narrow village streets and artist workshops.

For those who like to hike, the Esterel nature park is only a few minutes away.

Plenty of space and a great pool.

Great location, beach and station about 25 minutes walk. Supermarket 5 minutes walk.

Good kitchen. Bathrooms of their time.

Plenty of space. Nice grounds and good size pool availble up to 9.00 p.m.

Sally really helpful with advice and arranging transport to and from the airport.

Appartement très bien situé : proche de la mer et des commerces, face au golf dont on profite de la fraîcheur et d'une vue dégagée. Nous avons eu plaisir à séjourner dans cet appartement bien équipé et calme. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Ideally located in a very popular part of the Cote d'Azur on France's Mediterranean coast (15 minutes by car to Cannes and 30 minutes to Nice). The apartment is situated within a 15 minutes stroll (along a pleasant pine tree lined back road through a golf course) to the marina, beach, village and a range of good restaurants. A large supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away for those fresh morning croissants. There are a range of sporting options within 150 meters of the block: one of the South of France's most popular golf clubs, a local tennis club and a golf range. A wide range of other sporting and recreational facilities is also available in the local community. There are numerous villages and towns to visit, including, Mougins (gourmet cuisine); Grasse (home of perfume); St Paul de Vence (famous for its art galleries) to name but a few. There is also an excellent train service to Cannes/Nice/Monaco for shopping and sight-seeing.
