Deer Valley Lodge is another of our Branson vacation homes with distinction. With six master suite bedrooms, each with its own whirlpool tub, TV, and table for private lap top use, Deer Valley Lodge sleeps up to 22 guests(Max). This home has 4,000 sq feet to enjoy and makes it ideal for family reunions and large groups. Located just 3/4 mile from Silver Dollar City and just two miles from Indian Point Marina for water adventure on Table Rock Lake, Deer Valley Lodge is in the perfect location for your vacation. As a guest, you will have access to all the amenities at two off site resorts (about 12 minutes away).
The main level is handicap accessible and has towering cathedral ceilings with an open floor plan of great room with stone fireplace and TV, dining, and kitchen with convenient island. Step out onto the back deck with more dining and gas grill for barbequing. The ceiling fans keep you cool while the screened-in deck keeps bugs out. There are two master suite bedrooms with king beds on this level, each with its own whirlpool tub and TV, and a pull-out sofa sleeper in the great room.
Climb the stairway with log railing to the upper level where you find two more large master suite bedrooms, each with king size log bed and and full size pull-out sofa. These rooms sleep four each and have its own TV.
Head down to the lower level where there are two more master suite bedrooms. The family room has a tournament pool table and air hockey. There are two sofa pull-outs in the family room with a second stone fireplace and big screen TV. Step out onto the second screened in deck and play on the foosball table or just relax and watch the deer or listen to the crickets.
Deer Valley Lodge has more distinctive features and high end quality furnishings. The granite counter tops throughout add a touch of elegance and class.
There is a nice community swimming pool just up the hill with two water slides, a kiddie pool, and hot tub. The common area has a basketball goal, small playground, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and fire ring. In addition, we have made arrangements for our guests staying at any of our Lodges to have access to two off-site resorts (about 12 minute drive) which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, playground, tennis, basketball, etc. Visit our web site below for more pictures and details on Deer Valley Lodge and all our Branson vacation homes designed for larger groups.

We spent 4 nights this week at Deer Valley Lodge with a blended family of 8 ranging in age from 20 to 87. The best thing about renting a house for a group instead of staying a hotel is being able to easily gather together for communal activities or to just hang out. Yet the setup of this place where there are 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, also allowed everyone to easily have privacy and quiet time when they needed it. The main floor bedroom with easy access to the kitchen and family room was perfect for the elderly in our group. The lower level with pool table, air hockey, and foosball was really enjoyed by the younger folks. The house is very well furnished, clean, and comfortable; and everyone really felt “at-home”. The location is great. Right next to Silver Dollar City and only 15 minutes from the Branson strip. It is very peaceful and quiet. The owner Dave was also very responsive when I had a question fairly late in the evening one day.
I highly recommend Deer Valley Lodge especially for larger families and groups because of the unique bedroom/bathroom setup. Kudos to Dave for an excellent job configuring and maintaining this property!
The house looks much bigger in the pictures than in reality. All 6 bedrooms were exactly the same layout and were nice sized. We were really disappointed to find that only 3 small bars of soap were provided (not even enough for all 6 bathrooms). We ended up buying our own bar soap for showers. The game room was fun and a good addition. We did love the screened-in porches! We were quite disappointed in the size of the living room on the main floor. It was small and there was barely enough seating for 5 adults (2 recliners and a 3-person couch). There wasn't even a coffee table to place drinks or appetizers. The dinning room table seats 6. The kitchen was stocked but we did come across some dirty dishes and a non working can opener (so we went out and bought a new one). This home is good if you need a place to sleep at night or to watch TV but we found it lacking for those of us that wanted to sit and talk or play a game or do a puzzle. For the price that we payed each night it was disappointing and nothing that we'd write home about. We won't be back.
Very nice place. We stayed at Deer Valley Lodge for 4 nights. It was perfect for our family vacation. The place has 6 large bedrooms and 6 adjoining large baths. The beds were very comfortable. It's very close to Silver Dollar City so that was a huge plus since we have a 3 year old grandbaby. We had a 2 day pass to Silver Dollar City so we could come and go as we pleased. Silver Dollar City is absolutely beautiful at Christmas. I would recommend this property as we had a great time in this beautiful home.
We spent a wonderful week at Deer Valley Lodge. There where 17 people, including 7 children between the ages of 13 years old and 6 months old. The lodge offered everything we could possibly need or want. The local was perfect, 20 minutes from town and yet still removed enough to enjoy the beautiful wooded scenery. We enjoyed horse back riding, zip lining , and some great hiking. Plus all the attractions we could fit in. There was something for everyone. I would recommend this lodge.
Last weekend we enjoyed a family reunion at Deer Lodge. There were 10 adults & 2 kids, ages 6 & 9 and we could not have chosen a better place. The lodge has 6 large bedrooms with 6 large adjoining bathrooms - PERFECT!! The lodge is comfortable, has nice furnishings, smart decor and was very clean. The kitchen has enough equipment in it to prepare a 6-course dinner. We didn't do that, but we did enjoy having grilled brats on the screened-in porch that has a large picnic table and a large gas grill. Having nice weather was a plus! Dave, the owner, is very accommodating and everything went really well. There were no complaints from anybody about anything at any time. You can't beat agreements like that!
I certainly recommend Deer Lodge when you want a great place to stay in and around Branson. It is close to all the places that are so well-known in that area and is especially handy to Silver $ City. Our group said they would return any time they could and all gave the "thumbs up" sign to Deer Lodge.
Our family reunion was a success due partially to the wonderful lodge! The pictures really don't do it justice. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Everyone commented on how well they slept.
The location was perfect, too - to sit out on the enclosed porch in the morning with a cup of coffee was a real treat.
We would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
Deer Valley Lodge is located less than a mile from Silver Dollar City. This lodge got its name because of all the deer the construction workers saw while building it. Sitting out on one of the two back decks, you can see a variety of wildlife, including the occasional deer. You can also hear the Silver Dollar Train whistle off in the distance.
Silver Dollar City Amusement Park - This has been one of our favorite places to go in Branson for years. June and I went here on our honeymoon in 1979. It was here on one of our family vacations in the early 90's that June and I started dreaming of having a place where folks with families or groups could all stay together in one place without having to get multiple hotel rooms. We still enjoy the 1800's park theme and all the shows. Be sure to go on the train ride. Kids love the various rides. I told my children that when I was a kid in the 60's, there was a ride here that was pulled by mules. They didn't believe me until I was able to show them a picture.
Table Rock Lake - we love to get out on the lake in a boat. The grandchildren love to get pulled behind on the tube.
Indian Point Marina - They rent most any type of water vehicle from speed boats, pontoon boats, wave runners, and tubes
Sight and Sound Theater - This theater has what we feel are the best shows in Branson.
100+ live shows - So many good shows from Dixie Stampede, SIX, Pierce Arrow, Kirby the magician, and on and on.
White Water water park - lots of water slides, lazy river, wave pool, kiddie area. It's an all day affair.
Every year now, we have to take the grand kids to do the go-carts and laser tag on the strip, which is less than 10 minutes away.
