Near Annecy and its many activities, renting of a beautiful apartment in a local farmhouse. Between lake and mountains, you can reach easily the beaches, ski resorts, biking lane and hiking ways.

Great living-room-kitchen with mountains view, 2 pretty bedrooms (one with 1 bed 160 cm, the other with 3 beds 90 cm), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. Equipped with television, internet, dishwasher and washing machine. Private parking. Beds made on arrival. Bath clothing included.

Located in a farmhouse recently renovated, the apartments “Entre Lac et Montagnes” (literally “Between Lake and Mountains”) mix authenticity and contemporary, in a perfect place for your holidays.

Between Albertville and Annecy, the hamlet Le Villard gives a quick access to the many outdoor activities offered by the region. Strategically located between the lake of Annecy and the mountains of Savoie – Bauges, Aravis, Beaufortain, Tarentaise, Maurienne – our apartments allow you to join easily ski resorts, beaches, bike lane, hiking paths, golf, via ferrata, canyoning, …

The apartments have been thought in a refine and contemporary style, with great living rooms and open kitchen perfect to share real conviviality times.

To assure you a comfortable stay, the apartments are provided with all the necessary: hoven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, raclette and fondue devices, but also hair dryer, washing machine, domestic iron and ironing board, television, internet. Many cupboards are available in the bedrooms. The beds are made at the arrival, and the bath linen provided!

We propose you 4 apartments:

• For 8 persons, very great volume, duplex with a mezzanine opened on the living-room.

• For 6 persons, apartment with a mezzanine in attic, roomy and functional.

• For 5 persons, living-room in ground floor, 2 great bedrooms in the second floor, one of which is a suite.

• For 5 persons, terrace, great and luminous living-room, mountains view.

The two last ones can be twined to greet 10 persons. In this configuration, the ground-floor becomes a great dining room with an opened kitchen and a private access to the garden. A great living-room and 4 bedrooms are available in the second floor.

Summary of our stay at 'Coté montagnes' Apartments

A wonderful apartment, very well presented, clean and tidy and situated in pleasant surroundings. It was well equipped and the large attached garden with sun loungers allowed us to take advantage of the glorious weather. The owner's were very courteous and extremely helpful. We highly recommend 'Coté montagnes' as an exceedingly comfortable and pleasant place to stay to travellers wishing to visit the Annecy valley. We would happily return there again.

Beautiful Property

The apartment we stayed in was well furnished and had lots of room. It was beautiful inside and out. The family was very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome, The scenery was breathtaking and the location was close to town and 30 minutes from Annecy. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Accommodation!

We were met by Stephanie who made us very welcome and introduced us to the property and the various features and appliances.

Our stay benefitted from some wonderful weather and it was soon clear that our accommodation was located in a lovely part of the Alps whilst maintaining good travel links either by foot, bike or car to the surrounding areas and activities.

Would recommend as a good location for Annecy area, away from the busy town of Annecy at the other end of the lake with its traffic queues. Use the boat service or the excellent cycling path to get in and out of Annecy.

We may come back again!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - gerne wieder

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Kinder haben den Garten - und den Schaukelstuhl - geliebt!

Für 4 Personen sehr großzügige Platzverhältnisse.

Auch vom Grill bis zu den Küchenutensilien hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Sehr gut gelegen - "Lac & Montagne" trifft es genau.

Und die Region selbst ist immer eine Reise wert!

Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder!

Luxehuisje in topstreek!

Zeer mooi en verzorgd vakantiehuisje! Je hebt er alle comfort die je nodig hebt. Wij waren er slechts met 3 (2 volwassenen en 1 baby) maar het huisje is zeker groot genoeg voor 5 personen (2 grote kamers, 2 toiletten, 2 badkamers, tuin, berging). Is gelegen in mooie streek (op minuten van meer van Annecy, op half uurtje rijden van mooi stadje Annecy). Rond het meer veel mogelijkheden tot fietsen, wandelen,... Ook veel resto's in de buurt! Enkel het weer kan wat wisselvallig zijn, wij hadden een paar dagen 30 graden, maar ook een paar dagen gietende regen (tweede week juli). Maar bij slecht weer is het dan heel leuk dat er nog een 'troost' is van een luxehuisje! Zeker een aanrader voor wie de streek rond Annecy wil verkennen!!!
