‘Number 57' dates back to the 1800’s and has an interesting history. The property is located right in the heart of the Marina Quarter and is on the doorstep to all amenities.

WATERSPORTS: Number 57 is 300 meters from the Kinsale Yacht Club Marina. Instruction course of all kinds are available with Kinsale Outdoor Education Centre, Kinsale Yacht Club and The Oysterhaven Water Sports Centre.

SAILING: Why not charter a yacht for a day with a skipper with Sovereign Sailing and view Kinsale from the water.

GOLFING: There are a number of golf courses in the Kinsale area including the stunning Old Head Golf Links only 10K away.

WALKING: A mix of walks to suit all walkers with spectacular views of the harbour, a picnic is a must!

FOODIES: Kinsale is awash with fabulous restaurants. From tapas to fine dining, there is a restaurant in Kinsale to suit all tastes and pockets.

HISTORY BUFFS: There is no shortage of historic ruins, forts, museums, churches and ancient graveyards to explore with a local tour guide to give you a comprehensive insight into Kinsale.

The property is fully equipped with all you could need and is extremely comfortable and luxurious.

It has three to four bedrooms, all en-suite and accessed by a fully operational lift. It has two reception rooms, a dining room and separate kitchen. It also has a rare find for a house in Kinsale, off street parking which is housed within the property. It also has a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. This house is very well proportioned and is at the very least quirky due to its history and build.

There is a back yard to the rear of the property with a small seating area.

The property has WIFI, Cable TV, Smoke and Carbon Monoxide alarms.

This is a fantastic property in a fantastic location in beautiful Kinsale. It is exactly as depicted in the photographs and descriptions, very clean and well equipped. The off road parking is an added bonus. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property to friends.

THE place to stay in Kinsale!

Well located, just enough off the beaten path so one can enjoy the peace & quiet, but close enough to step out the door,

amble down the street a few blocks and enjoy the lovely town of Kinsale.

Exceptionally convenient for a group of five or more. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with plenty of space to unpack and store your things. (The exception is the little single bedded room off the garage. It had it's own bath, but did not have a closet or a dresser for one's things, but it is an easy fix that I'm sure will be coming soon.) The kitchen was roomy and well equiped, the living room large enough for everyone to have a comfortable seat with good lamps for reading!!! And, the washer/dryer were such welcome additions. If you go to Kinsale for any time at all, you'd be foolish to stay anywhere else.

Perfect Location

Extremely well appointed house to a very high standard, our party of six had plenty of space and enjoyed the on suite bathrooms, perfect location in the town with the added benefit of an off road car parking spot. Everything as described and the owners were extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this property. The steak house across the road is a must along with the many other excellent restaurants and pubs in Kinsale. The Lemon Leaf cafe is great for breakfast ..

No 57 in Kinsale

This is great property in an ideal location. The owner Michele was pleasure to talk to and deal with.

In a quiet area, but only a couple of hundred yards or so from the centre of Kinsale.

Having it's own garage is a massive plus point in Kinsale. In addition, the house is over three floors, so the lift is useful too.

Some Streets in Kinsale are quite steep. This house is down on the flat bit, so the fact that you don't have to walk up a big hill after a night out is a bonus.

In short, if you book this house, you won't want for anything. All six of us that stayed there agreed that we'd stay here again, given the opportunity.

Perfect for our family - teenagers loved it!!

The Town House was exactly as advertised. Communication for arrival directions were clear and access was perfect. The home was wonderfully clean with hotel like provisions - shampoo & soaps in all bathrooms, wonderful towels & bedding on all beds. Kitchen was perfect even had essentials - spices, sugar, etc. Our teen-aged daughters were thrilled with the home - loved having their own bathrooms, loved the location and ability to head into town independently. The "black binder" and guide books in the house provided great information and suggestions of sites and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Steak House across the street along with the Tap Tavern that were recommended. Would absolutely recommend staying in Kinsale at #57 and cannot wait to be able to return!

Outstanding!

The property is even better than depicted in photographs! Very well appointed, clean, quiet, and convenient to town. Excellent restaurants within walking distance, but fully functional kitchen on site. Indoor parking a plus. Complete privacy with 4 en suite bedrooms, space to spread out and relax!
