Great apartment in a really convenient location

Stayed in David's apartment for a week recently and have no complaints. It's well laid out, in a perfect location close to the sea front and a few minutes walk to nearby supermarkets and some German bars and restaurants in La Sandia. About a 10 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre. The back patio area is particularly nice with sun loungers and dining table and chairs. Plenty of shelf and wardrobe space throughout the apartment. We hope to be back there again next time we stay in Gran Canaria as I doubt it could be bettered at such a good price.

Although it was basic it was perfectly located and very clean and tidy with many extras provided.

David the host was a true gentleman who responded to our questions immediately and made our stay most welcoming. The wifi was limited so be aware that this will incur additional data charges but the location, privacy and extra amenities more than made up for this. If you are looking for 5 star then this isn’t the place but the cost of rental made this place a bargain and we would recommend it to anyone. No UK TV but you dont go on hols to watch that! The sea front amenities is a little shanty town esque but we spent a few days travelling around and found peurto del Morgan a stunning place for a day trip. There were supermarkets within a five minute walk and some excellent restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Don’t expect the pool to be warm in February but despite this we did manage one swim albeit with us taking half an hour to fully submerge. In summary this was a very clean quiet property with a perfect host and I would recommend this for your stay in malpolonas.

Excellent location and brilliant apartment

We had a fantastic time. Contact with the owner was always fast and he was very helpful. Apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. Pool area very quiet. Just a few minutes from beach and a Supermarket. We definitely want to visit again.

Wonderful place!

Stayed here recently in in June lovely apartment nice front Veranda bed is comfortable and rooms spacious, kitchen was good but could do with an electric kettle as the hob takes quite a while to warm up otherwise an excellent place to stay

Relax y ambiente familiar

Apartamento tranquilo. Su propietario es muy atento a las peticiones del inquilino y responde a las necesidades planteadas rápidamente.

El único aspecto a mejorar seria el mobiliario de las habitaciones. Por lo demás estupendo!
