WE enjoyed our stay at this condo.....

My husband , daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. IT is in a great location; quiet and well equipped. it was perfect for 3 people and our canine companion. The unit was clean and well maintained. Working with the owners was seamless and quite easy. It only there had been snow!

Great location, Pet Friendly

We stayed at this condo between Xmas and into New Year 2015. The location was excellent, especially for a pet friendly rental, as near Sugarbush access road and also not too far from town. First few days was just my wife and I, plus our small dog, but then joined later in the week with two others. The size was very cozy for four adults, but was manageable and was expected as Kimberly was very candid on the unit size. Kimberly was very good on providing prompt responses to question and the rental process was executed in a professional manner. The unit was nicely furnished for what we needed, not extravagant, but the base necessities that you would want from a ski rental, where you are really only spending a small amount a time in the condo.

There were only two negatives with our experience, the first being that the condo was not very well vacuumed upon our arrival. There was some pet hair on the main bed, but the biggest issue was the mass amount of fur balls under all the furniture. Everywhere from the main bedroom to the family room. While we do travel frequently and do not expect pet friendly places to be spotless, the amount was very noticeable. Required us to spend the first 30 – 45 minutes doing a complete vacuum of entire unit, which filled up a good amount of the trash can with fur when we were done. Guessing this is something that can be corrected by Kimberly having a conversation with whoever is providing cleaning service for her renters. The only other negative was that other renters within the nearby buildings were not very good at picking up after their pets, thus needed to be careful on where you walked, even in the parking lot. This is a “pet” peeve of mine, as I am very respectful of others and always pick up after our dog, even though not a fun activity. Part of the problem could be that longer term rentals (or owners) would just let their dog out on their own to do their business with no supervision. I’m just surmising longer term rentals/owners, as would not expect short term renters with pets to just let their dogs loose in a new environment, but guess you never know.

Again, while I spent a good amount of words describing the two negative points, overall the experience was very good, thus my four star rating. I would recommend this location to others and would consider renting again in the future, which is always a good indicator.

Nice Cozy Condo

I stayed in this condo over New Year's with my wife and daughters. Although it is a bit "cozy" we had a very nice time The place is immaculate, well situated and very quiet. A very good value.
