Beachfront apartment (110m2) with 2 bedrooms, spacious terrace (50m2), at only 270m from Playa de la Vibora beach, with shared garden having exotic vegetation and shared pool surrounded by sun loungers in Hacienda Playa secured urbanization seems the ideal setting for a perfect holiday.

~ Inside

The spacious living room is composed of a lounge area next to the terrace, and a dining area. The Lounge area is a luminous space arranged round a glass coffee table. The comfortable sofas allow you to watch TV or to admire the terrace and garden view. You may enjoy music as this area is equipped with a stereo system and a CD and DVD player. The dining area has a round wooden table for 4. The living room has a welcoming atmosphere due to the paintings and the lamps with shades.

The guest bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm) and offers exit to the terrace through large gliding doors. It has large wardrobes and a chest of drawers with TV. Its en suite bathroom is completely equipped with double sink, bathtub with shower, a walk in shower, toilet and bidet.

The master bedroom has a double bed (150x200cm), chests of drawers by the bed with lamps with shades, large wardrobes and a mirrored chest of drawers. It allows you to exit to the terrace through gliding doors. The en suite bathroom is completely equipped with double sink, bathtub with shower, a walk in shower, toilet, bidet, a large mirror and it has natural light.

The kitchen is neat and has all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay: oven, Nespreso coffee maker, Balay dishwasher, recessed refrigerator and freezer, vitro ceramic, toaster, water kettle, Balay washing machine. From here you may access a small laundry room. The apartment also has a service toilet.

~ Terrace

A spacious terrace (50m2) offers you everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It has a very nice lounge area with a marble coffee table, rattan sofa for three and two rattan armchairs. The dining area of the terrace has a wooden table for four. You may spend real quality time here due to the gliding glass doors that allow you to enjoy this space even during the cold season. The terrace is accessible from each of the two bedrooms and the living room.

~ Neighborhood

Hacienda Playa is a gated development with video surveillance located at just five minutes walking to the beach (270m). Inside the neighborhood you'll find an oasis of sub-tropical trees, palm trees and colorful Mediterranean flowers. If you prefer to remain inside the urbanization you have a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. The urbanization has modern architecture with a local touch and is backed by refreshing pine woods.

The neighborhood has 24h concierge and video surveillance and all entrances have security code with Interphone. During summer nights there are security guards that watch over your complete safety.

~ Beach

Playa de la Vibora is at 270m from the apartment. It's a small and clean beach, mostly frequented by families. It is covered in fine sand, the water is good and during summer the entire beach is daily cleaned both manually and mechanically. Right on the beach, in front of the neighborhood, you have Merendero Cristina restaurant from where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. In the area you'll find famous Nikki Beach Club where they have world-class DJs and live musicians, the hottest parties and top-class entertainment.

~ Shopping&Restaurants

The nearest shop is at 600 m from the apartment and also here you have Elviria Restaurant and an ATM. In 800 meters (15-minute walk) you have Elviria shopping area, the biggest shopping center from Marbella East side. Here you can find two supermarkets (SuperSol and OpenCor), grocery shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, bars and restaurants.

One of the biggest shopping mall in Costa del Sol, La Canada, is located at a 13min (12km) drive from Hacienda Playa. Here you'll find everything you need, from food to clothing or electro-domestic stores. In just 3km (5min drive) you have two local supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl that offer you food supplies, fresh fish, vegetables and fresh baked bread.

Marbella city center is at just a 15 min drive and the old town is stuffed with cozy shops and cafeterias where i'm sure you'll have a good time.

As for restaurants, right in front of Hacienda Playa you have Carlos y Paula Restaurante Chiringuito, Chiringuito Los Tony's where they serve both traditional and international cuisine.

~ Activities

There are lots of things for you to do and not having to go too far from Hacienda Playa. Within a 7 minutes drive (4km) you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It's a small but enchanting harbor with pretty port, with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and a large choice of restaurants.

Golf lovers have Santa Maria Golf Club, one of the best looked after golf courses on the Costa del Sol, at just 1.4km.

Of course, Marbella city center and old town are a must see and you reach Marbella center in just 15 min (16km).

Water sport lovers can rent skijets on the beach and can have the unique experience of seeing the top ten beaches in Marbella.

Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 20 minutes drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.

If you are searching for some interesting adventures for your kids, we recommend Aventura Amazonia, an adventure park at only 800m (11min walking) from the apartment.
