Erholsamen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ort

Lucia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und Ihre ganze Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung ist fantastisch gelegen und abseits von überfüllten Sandstränden und die nächste hübsche Kleinstadt mit einem kleinen Sandstrand ist nur 5 Autominuten entfernt (Puerto de Sardina).

Der Ausblick ist wunderbar und wir haben die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge Gran Canarias dort erlebt!! Der Ausblick zeig links von der Terrasse die Berge mit einer der spannendsten Bergrouten und auf der rechten Seite könnte. wir sogar bei guten Wetter die Bergspitze von Lanzarote entdecken. Ein kleiner gemütlicher Traum!

Wir haben befürchtet, dass wir aufgrund des Feiertages erst am folgenden Tag bei einer Tankstelle oder einem kleinen Laden etwas essbares finden, aber Lucia hat bereits für frisches Wasser, Obst, bisschen Brot, Kaffee, Tee, Bier, Kekse gesorgt... Es war also ein wirklich toller Start in den Urlaub!!

herzlichsten Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in deiner Wohnung!! Sehr sehr empfehlenswert!!

Wir sind in der Silvesternacht angekommen und wurden um kurz vor 0 Uhr liebevoll mit einer Flasche Sekt empfangen.

maison très agréable

nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est très propre, confortable et calme (en octobre) nous avons bien profité de la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. les propriétaires sont accueillants et gentils et nous ont bien conseillés. ce logement est bien situé, nous avons pu aller dans le centre et jusque dans le sud facilement, aux alentours des plages et piscines naturelles permettent de se baigner. nous le recommandons à ceux qui ne recherchent pas les ambiances de stations balnéaires et qui préfèrent l'authenticité et le coté plus typique

Bon appartement propre et bien équipé, d'un rapport qualité/prix intéressant.

L'appartement est très bien tenu, propre et agréable ; et correspond à la description faite dans l'annonce Homelidays. Par contre, le complexe ("urbanización") dans lequel se situe la location est dans un état plutôt décati, avec notamment divers ouvrages laissés à l'abandon. Mais les autres appartements ainsi que les jardins sont entretenus, et l'ensemble, situé en haut d'une falaise en bord de mer, est malgré tout agréable pour qui aime se trouver au calme, en face de l'océan. De plus, des travaux de rafraîchissement étaient en cours.

La propriétaire et son fils nous ont fourni toutes les informations utiles sur la région et sur l'île, et lors de notre arrivée, nous ont accueilli chaleureusement.

La région nord-ouest de l'ile n'est malheureusement pas vraiment jolie, les nombreuses bananeraies couvertes de voiles de protection gâchent le paysage ; de plus, de nombreux ouvrages (routes...) sont laissés à l'abandon (Conséquences de la crise boursière de 2008).... On passe donc. Par contre, la petite ville de Puerto de Sardina, toute proche, est charmante, et possède un petit air italien indéniable. La plage de sable fin est assez petite, mais il n'y a que peu de monde, même les week-ends ; et c'est l'une des plages les plus charmantes que nous ayons vue sur l'île.

En conclusion, un très bon appartement bien agréable ; à un prix très très correct, situé à l'écart des grands centres touristiques, idéal pour les amoureux du calme et de la mer. Nous recommandons donc cette location.

It is nice to know your satisfaction regarding the cleanliness and care of the house, the welcome we gave you, the beautiful view of the sea and cliffs that has the apartment and the beautiful beach of Sardine that you like so much. However, we do not agree on the assessment of the other aspects, although we respect it. The apartment is located in the northwest area of ​​the island which is typically rural where there are abundant fruit and vegetable plantations such as bananas, tomatoes and potatoes. Some greenhouses use plastics as roof to create the ideal conditions for crops, but not all greenhouses use plastic so the landscape in this sense is very varied and very subjective in its aesthetic appreciation. Also say that the city of Gáldar stands out for the beauty of its historic center and that the northwest has impressive cliffs, multiple natural rock beaches, and beautiful sunsets. Neither we do not agree on his assessment of residential complex and less with the pejorative adjectives used. The community of neighbors strives year after year to carry out several works of reconditioning and to keep its conservation in good condition. The unfinished work to which it refers represents less than a quarter of the total residential complex, and does not affect at all the stay and the experience of the guest; So far all the guests that we have had have valued their stay very positively.
