Only a few more minutes away and you can be in the larger towns with banks, supermarkets and all the commercial outlets you would need to enjoy your holiday.

Set in peaceful and private surroundings there is over 5 acres of space to relax and enjoy the wildlife or you may wish to walk around the grounds to see the river, lake or watch the more energetic children having a fantastic time on our 12ft trampoline, splashing around in the pool or enjoying the swings.

Throughout the year there are activities to suit all age groups and the accommodation is ideal for a family,of up to 6 people. The wood burner and central heating ensures that out of season holidays can also be enjoyed.
The balcony around the house and patio area is ideal for sipping a glass of wine or Breton cider and nibbling on some local cheese or pate whilst watching the butterflies and wild birds around you.

The Ground Floor
This floor is accessible by two steps allowing you access to all the rooms and onto the balcony without a need to go downstairs, therefore enabling you to enjoy all the views of the grounds and pool.
Downstairs can be accessed from outside without the use of steps.
The lounge and dining area is a large 'L' shaped room with a tiled floor with rugs. The wood burning stove and central heating ensures that your holiday will be comfortable in the cooler months.
There is satellite T.V free Wifi and a music system.
The four double sets of French doors ensure that this south and east facing room has maximum sunshine which can be enjoyed from inside or sitting on the balcony.
There are seats on the balcony for your use.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with ample wardrobe space and double french doors onto the balcony.
There is second twin bedroom and both twin rooms have access to an ensuite washrooom with basin and beeday.
A travel cot is available.
There is a separate toilet on this floor as well as the house bathroom with large bath with overhead shower, washbasin and beday.
There are ample wooden tables and chairs as well as sun loungers in the garden for guests to use.These can be moved to suit your needs.
There is also a picnic table in the paddock near the small lake and trampoline.
Sun umbrellas are available and wind breaks can be borrowed for use at the beach.
In the grounds you can see the village 'lavoir' where the locals came to do their washing. There is also a hidden track where the 'Chouanerrie' who were against the French Revolution would escape from the authorities. Local cyclists and hikers use the track once a year in October as part of their festivities.

As you approach the house down the long private driveway you arrive on the ground floor where there are three bedrooms a bathroom and seperate toilet. One of the twin rooms and the double have French doors leading onto the balcony so you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning from your own bed or just sit on the balcony and listen to the dawn chorus!
The lounge and dining area is beautifully furnished with a mixture of french and english furniture There are four sets of French doors leading out onto the balcony and bringing the garden into the room.There are excellent views of the pool to supervise younger members of the family if needed.
