This stylish and modern apartment is located on the first floor of a warehouse conversion in the heart of Covent Garden. It is the perfect base for couples or family holidays to London. The flat sits between the shopping areas of Neal Street and the village area known as Seven Dials. The apartment is situated minutes from both the Covent Garden Market & Piazza and the West End.
The flat is located less than five minutes walk from Covent Garden tube station, sitting almost in Theatre Land as well as being close to tourist attractions such as Trafalgar Square, Big Ben and the London Eye. As well as being in the centre of one of London’s most exclusive shopping and restaurant area.
Entering from Shelton Street, the apartment building offers a spacious entrance hall. There is a lift up to the property, though you need to walk up just a few steps to reach it. Entering the apartment itself, there is a large entrance hall. To your right you will find a nifty built in shoe rack with more than enough space for everyone's shoes.
Turning left from the hallway takes you into the living room and kitchen. This is a large open-plan space. The living room is tastefully decorated and furnished with two sofas comfortable seating five or more people. The large window, which reaches down to the floor gives the room a very light and airy feel whilst allowing you to see the hustle and bustle below, comfortable in the apartment. The space focuses on relaxation and there is a TV with cable for you to watch as well as BT WiFi.
The rest of the room is dedicated to the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fitted out with all the latest equipment. Appliances include a NEFF hob and Cookworks coffee maker, as well as dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. Please see the facilities list below for more information. To cook with, there is a built in microwave and oven for preparing quick meals or long lazy lunches made with produce from the area’s great markets. The kitchen space also includes a simple yet elegant dining area with seating for four.
Returning to the hallway, we next come to the twin bedroom with two single beds (sleeping two guests). The room has an excellent view of the street below, two very comfortable beds and a chest of drawers to store all your clothes for your stay.
The master bedroom features a king size bed (sleeping two guests). The rest of the room includes a large fitted wardrobe, large metal frame mirror, bedside tables and gorgeous pictures. The room also has a lovely desk with chair overlooking Shelton Street and Covent Garden below. Perfect for writing postcards home or for using as a makeup table.
Both bedrooms are fitted and decorated to the highest standards, featuring fabulously comfy bedding, cotton sheets and gorgeously fluffy towels.
Finally we come to the bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled and newly refurbished, fitted with a large walk-in power shower enclosure, sink and WC. There is a cupboard and drawers to store all your cleaning and beauty products. We also provide all your luxury bathroom products (including handwash lotion, bath & shower gel) from the specialists at Baylis and Harding.

Fantastic apt. -- spacious, ample privacy, quiet, very clean, with all the amenities of "home" -- in a very desired location in London!
Location. Location. Location. Close to tube stops, theater district, shopping and some of the best restaurants. Very clean and well appointed. Perfect for our visit to London. Management was good at communication and easy to work with. Would stay again next time we are in town.
This property is perfect for a small family or a party of 3-4...kitchen was fully stocked, washer/dryer etc were great...NOTE, the apartment is compact and living/kitchen is probably 10x14 in dimension.... Entry way is well secured and there is lift access to the flat...One additional thought! Weekends are busy and noisy in Covent Garden and the flat is next door to a theatre.... If you have small children who not accustomed to the street noise and thus may have trouble sleeping,bring earplugs....The location and facility more than make up for the weekend cheer(!) as this is a great spot!
The apartment is perfectly located for shows, shopping and restaurants. It is reasonably well appointed, but I deducted a star for the mattresses which, as we have previously experienced in the UK, were very soft and not pillow topped so you can feel the springs. At the price charged, a simple foam mattress topper would not break the bank and would improve the experience. However, I would still recommend this apartment for it's location and cleanliness.
Traveled with wife and 2 boys 12/9. Can't say enough about this place. Awesome in every capacity.
Location...Ridiculous. 5 min walk to Leicester Square or Covent Garden on Picidilly line (which runs directly to Heathrow). Take the tube from airport and save the Taxi fees. Very easy.
Location...this is a very upscale area with lots of shops (coffee, clothing, Apple store, etc). Young professionals and families. Felt very safe letting my 12 year old go around the corner for Pizza.
Location....walk to British Museum, Picidilly Circus, Royal opera (theater district), China Town within 10 min. Can access all other london sights within a 15 tube ride. Cant say enought about location
I dont know London well enough to recommend this area over another, however I enjoyed this enough that I would not try anywhere else.
Condition of Apartment...new....nuff said...First floor apartment, but not ground floor. Have to go up one flight as first floor is above ground floor. Elevator new and works like America...(if you have been to France you now what I mean)

Would certainly recommend this place to all families traveling with kids. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds which is great for the kids. I will definately stay here when we come back.

The location of this flat is perfect. Restaurants, attractions, pubs, etc. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen has all you need for your stay. If you are flying into gatwick I highly recommend pre-booking a ride in with Mark (best taxi driver in the world!).
For anyone visiting London, Covent Garden sits at the top of their list of places to visit. Covent Garden is synonymous with style, culture and shopping.
