Fuseta typical house with 2 bedrooms for adults and one for children located prè

A typical house Fuseta recently acquired and fully renovated. Located in a very quiet area. It was decorated with extreme care to marine motifs. Spread over two floors with an internal staircase. On the top floor is the children's room, and master bedroom (with air conditioning) and a bathroom. The covered terrace is also on the top floor. The living room, bedroom and kitchen are on the lower level, as one of the bathrooms. On the 1st floor of the terrace can be outdoor dining and enjoy the sun.

The villa sleeps 6 people, preferably 4 adults and 2 children, and can accommodate more children if necessary.

Great house , ideal location

Had a great stay at this house ( 2nd visit ), overall clean and tidy with everything that you need . House is more than adequate for a holiday away from home , area has plenty to do for all the family .

Owners are most welcoming and gave all the information on the house that was needed, advised just to get in contact if there was a problem, there was none with this house.

Will definitely be back.

UN EXCELLENT SEJOUR

La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description du site avec un soucis du décor et de la propreté. Elle est très bien équipée avec un électroménager neuf et des meubles de qualité. Des vacances idéales !

Famille de 6 personnes, très satisfaite de cette location. La maison est idéalement située, commerces, restaurants, plage, gare ( nous avons visité Faro, Olhao, Tavira en train). La location est conforme à la description faite par les propriétaires. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances à Fuseta.

Tipica?

La casa, risultato della ristrutturazione di ambienti non idonei ad essere abitati, si sviluppa su due livelli non adeguatamente e facilmente fruibili specialmente da una famiglia composta da persone con età maggiore di anni sessanta. I locali ricavati, sia al piano strada che a quello superiore sono, in pratica, privi di finestre. Al piano strada v'è solo una finestra (piccola) nel soggiorno. Camera da letto, locale cucina e bagno, non hanno alcuna apertura verso l'esterno. Il bagno, poi, non ha nemmeno un sistema di estrazione o ricircolo dell'aria. Il locale cucina, anch'esso privo di aperture verso l'esterno, è ben arredato e dotato di pentolame, stoviglie, e piccoli elettrodomestici soddisfacenti. Ai locali posti al piano superiore si accede per mezzo di una angusta scala a chiocciola non agevole per le persone e tantomeno per portare su pacchi e/o valige. Il piano superiore è composto da una camera con letto a castello priva di finestra, un bagno anch'esso privo di finestra e di estrattore per il ricircolo dell'aria, nel quale, oltre al lavandino ed il bidet privi di miscelatore dell'acqua, v'è una cabina doccia nella quale l'anta di destra esce dalle corsie quando si sposta per aprire la doccia. La camera da letto ha, invece, una finestra. Cosa gradevole è il terrazzo a livello.

A Casa do Mar is located in the old part of the village of Fuseta. Indoor and quiet street, but 50 meters of commerce, bars and restaurants. The sea is across the street. The beach at 500 meters. The culinary tradition depends on fish and seafood. In the local market, you can buy the finished fish or sample the local restaurants. The village is in the nature reserve. Ria Formosa is a sanctuary for birds spend the winter and the summer sun lovers. The long white sand beach, ocean, is 5 minutes by boat. The well-kept beach and equipped with the necessary for a great day at sea.
