About the property

This modern apartment is located in La Cala de Mijas and is located next to the hippodrome (Hipodromo Costa del Sol) and amidst several golf courses. In the hippodrome there is a lively market on Sunday (brocante, vegetables and fruit). Activities such as horse riding and golf within walking distance. Shopping center, karting, restaurants and the cozy city center within a few minutes drive. The high location of the apartment is sea present and gives it a very calm atmosphere.

The apartment complex consists of 4 separate blocks, a swimming pool and a garage with elevator access to each floor. The apartment, located on the first floor, giving a view of the swimming pool (without noise), lateral sea views and views of the nearby mountains. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bath / shower), a living room and kitchen, and a terrace. The main bedroom has one double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together if necessary. Both rooms have ample closets.

The decor is complete with fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, hot plates, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The digital television (TV Vlaanderen) provides access to channels from several European countries, as well as several radio stations. There is also internet - free Wi-Fi. A DVD player is available for films. The sofa bed in the living room can possibly serve as a fourth bed (max. 6 people). Towels (bathroom) and bed linen are provided and can be replaced if necessary interim (extra charge). The entire living area is also equipped with heating / air conditioning. An adjustable baby bed and high chair are available for younger guests.

Super fijn appartement

Wij gaan met ons gezin (2 volwassen en 3 kinderen) al 3 jaar naar dit appartement. Het appartement is schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De woning ligt centraal alles is makkelijk bereikbaar.

De eigenaar is makkelijk te bereiken en reageert meteen.

Wij raden het appartement zeker aan.

Super leuk vakantie appartement, TOP ligging.

Appartement is makkelijk bereikbaar op het eerste verdiep. Zowel met trap als lift te bereiken.

Leuk dat de wagen geparkeerd kan worden in een privé garage.

Uitzicht op de zee vanaf het balkon, zeer rustige ligging en omgeving. Alles is bereikbaar met de auto van 5-30 minuten rijden.

Het appartement bevat alles wat je nodig hebt om mee verder te kunnen. Het luxueuze is om 2 badkamers te hebben, ook ideaal als je met kinderen reist.

Aan het zwembad lig je rustig, en vaak alleen.

Geen lawaai hinder van medebewoners in het appartement of de andere blok.

Erg proper en verzorgd bij aankomst, handdoeken liggen klaar, je voelt je thuiskomen!

Zeker een aanrader voor een vakantie. Na een uitstap bij de toeristische trekpleisters, kom je helemaal tot rust aan het zwembad of op het balkon met het prachtige uitzicht.

Wij gaan hier zeker nog eens gebruik van maken!

Great Owner!

Extremely friendly owner, easy to communicate with and always responds quickly. The apartment was also great, very homey, great location and had a covered car park. Highly recommended and will definitely rent again.

Located in a very quiet area with view on and within walking distance of the hippodrome and with lateral sea view. The hippodrome also includes a bar, cafeteria and restaurant (only on Sundays during the junk, fruit and vegetable market). The apartment is on the first floor of a property consisting of four consecutively located blocks of three floors each. Poolside, without accompanying noise. Parking in underground garage. Elevator. Center with shops, restaurants and bars 3 km (eg. Miramar Shopping Center (with karting on the roof) - La Cañada). Golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Cities like Marbella (Puerto Banus) and Malaga are easily accessible. Located 98 km from the Rock of Gibraltar. Winter (Sierra Nevada) 2 hours drive away.
