Awesome house!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It was our first time staying on the Northshore and loved every minute of it. I wish we could have stayed longer. 😊

The place was nice and clean and very comfortable

We were just a few minutes walk to the beach. We could see the ocean from the deck. We really enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to stay there again.

Dreamy North Shore Location

  • 5 of 5

I just returned to Oahu for the first time since growing up there as a child. The bungalow was the perfect home to feel at home in. I appreciated the owners attention to beautiful detail. The furnishings and linens were high end and so comfortable. We were concerned about not having ac, but even in July, we were comfortable sleeping with the windows open and the fans on. We slept so well and miss the sound of the palms and the showers now that we are home and enclosed with ac! What we don't miss are the few geckos that got in, but that is part of being in Hawaii.

There is road construction very close to the cottage for the next few months and if we had stayed longer, we probably would have rented bicycles so that we could avoid traffic completely. We ate at the food trucks near by and in Haleiwa and you can rent quality snorkel gear from them.

We would stay in this rental again in a heartbeat.

My only suggestion is to contact the host personally for communications. I didn't usually get a timely response using the website, but I did get a timely response contacting them directly.

Great place to call home for a few nights!

  • 5 of 5

Want to start off saying is was just by chance we picked this great bungalow for our stay in Oahu. We had many VRBO's to choose from and the decision was based off price and number of full beds. When we landed in Honolulu and started heading out of town towards the North Shore it was a breath of fresh air getting out of the city. When we pulled into the property everything looked great and well kept. The house was also very clean and everything worked which is always a bonus. The location is great and very close to Sunset Beach. I walked each morning down to the sand to watch the surfers do there stuff with a cup of coffee in hand, couldn't ask for much else. There are partial views of the water from the house and full views in a few short steps. I highly recommend the location and this rental, well done!

Notes:

- One thing that would be nice is if in the write-up or rental agreement there is a full detailed list of what you have at the house to use. Both women on the trip brought there hair dryers and you guys had one there to use. No big deal but may help future renters.

- It would be sweet if there were bikes for the bungalow and bikes for the house. We noticed that they disappeared very quickly when there were renters in the house.

*These are just comments and recommendations! We have already talked about bringing the whole family and renting the house and the bungalow. We loved our stay!

Better Together

  • 5 of 5

I truly fell in love with this place. So much so that's incredibly difficult for me to try to put into words. My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice. Studio first and cottage last. Both amazing! Hawaii is Hawaii so more than likely your bound to get a gorgeous view wherever you stay but, for us cleanliness and hospitality is just as as important. So, mahalo to Casey and her team .. This gem is all of that!

I count down the days until our next set of memories come from this "coastal country" dream. From the early morning chickens to the sweet next door cow ( I named her Bessie🐮). This special place has stolen my heart ... TWICE!

So, until next time... Aloha and Mahalo
