Nice apartment of 55 sqm with one spacious double bedroom and the leaving room where is a sofa bed for two persons; the apartment has a bathroom whit shower, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine for guests. The apartment is located in the center of Rome, Testaccio neighborhood. The neighborhood is one of the oldest in Rome full of nightclubs and restaurants at reasonable prices. My house it's from early '900 and in the backyard there is the shop of the most famous patisserie in the neighborhood. If you get up at sunrise can get down and eat a fabulous and fresh croissant stuffed with cream or fresh whipped cream!
I stayed in the apartment last year for a work trip and came back this year -- with ZERO regrets! The place is fantastic! It's big -- such a nice break from a hotel room -- and in a great location. Testaccio is close to everything yet not a super touristy neighborhood. So you walk across the Piazza and see families and dogs and kids playing football. The apartment is very clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Luca is incredibly responsive and helpful - no matter how crazy your question. There's a grocery store right across the street and several great restaurants super close by. Any time I'm back in Rome, this is where I'll stay.
Wow!!! What a great apartment!! The attention to detail was phenomenal!! Our deepest thanks to Luca and then of course to Valerie for getting us set upon arrival. The place is right by the park square and great place to sit in the morning watching everyone walk their dogs & drink some of that delicious Italian coffee!!
it is also a couple of blocks from the busline 3B, which takes you right up to Piramides Metro stop.
I can't say enough about how responsive Luca was to all of my queries and assistance.
I would recommend most definitely and stay there for the Roman experience and hospitality!
This apartment is fantastic! It's in a great location, very well equipped, super clean, and spacious. Luca is a gracious and attentive host. I would certainly stay here again.
This is a lovely apartment, well appointed, spotlessly clean and in a good location for seeing the sights and enjoying a Roman experience - excellent arrangements and thanks very much to Luca.

The Testaccio neighborhood is easily accessible by bus and underground and you can make a walk to Trastevere and Piazza Venezia in 15 minutes. The neighborhood is inhabited only by the Roman people from many generations and the restaurants are famous for Their local cuisine. The pizza's restaurants make a delicious pizza very cheap. Testaccio is the center of the nightlife in Rome, there are a movie theater with three rooms and excellent programming, two theaters, nightclubs and pubs to dance, lissen live music and drink, all located in the nearby Monte Testaccio. At Slaughterhouse there is a new Museum of Modern Art: MACRO. The Macro it's installed in a former slaughterhouse, and it's really interesting to see the 'Pelanda' and the other rooms.
SHOPPING IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD Clothes shops are very chic and refined, but there is anche a famous market, Which sells brand name shoes for 30/35 Euros pair. On Sunday, crossing the bridge over the Tiber river, there is Portaportese. The most famous and largest outdoor market in Rome, where you can find clothes, shoes, furniture, whatever you're looking for.
