Villa Paradiso is a 700m2 fully air-conditioned luxurious villa with 6 Bedroom and 5 Bathroom (4 en-suite), Large pool with pool-bar and outdoor shower.

The villa offers breath-taking panoramic sea view. The brand new luxurious kitchen has all amenities you will need. The large terraces have ample room with dining and lounging areas capable of entertaining large groups comfortably.

Perfect for 2 or 3 Families, Anniversaries, small Weddings or those seeking a quiet retreat.

House keeper will come 2hrs daily to do light cleaning. Fridge can be stacked before you arrive.

For larger groups, we can provide a 7th bedroom (The owner's suite) for an additional fee of euro 590 (this suite is normally used for storage, but can be made available on request. The suite is 70m2 and includes King size bed, Sofa, large bathroom, walk-in-closet and two balconies.

Sleeps 14 adults comfortably. Maximum occupancy is 16 persons when extra children beds or baby cots are in use.

Maximum occupancy is 19 persons when you also rent the owner's suite

Beautifully kept 5000m2 secluded landscaped garden with cascading waterfalls, fishponds, fully grown palm trees and a large BBQ house with charcoal grill and dining area.

Stunning place for a vacation!

A fantastic place for a large family vacation!

We were 10 people, three generations in our family, and had one of the best vacations ever.

The villa is large enough so you can always find private space, it has excellent dining areas and a fantastic pool area. On top of that a impressive garden!

Stunning home away from home

Stayed for two weeks with friends, family and a 9 month old baby. Could not have been more delighted with the accommodation, pictures do not do this villa justice. Stunning home, immaculate and luxurious.

The gardens alone are magnificent.

It was a real joy to self cater in a villa with every possible convenience (baby crockery, sundae glasses, citronella candles) you think of it, the villa has it. Young or old you won't want to leave.

Great value supermarkets within a couple miles (Carrefour, lidi, mercadona within 5 mins drive).

Some fantastic restaurants 10/15mins walk away in Benalmadena pueblo (the old town), we ate out several times and were treated wonderfully even when we asked for a highchair. Felt safe and confident in the pueblo, the walk is a little steep, all members of our party managed fine with the exception of one grandparent awaiting a knee replacement.

The owner could not have been nicer to deal with. Polite, prompt and helpful at all times. We didn't have any problems but all questions were dealt with efficiently and he was kind enough to arrange for an additional cleaner so that we could checkout slightly later than initially agreed, this care and consideration went above and beyond.

We are trying as a family to work out when we can all return next year.

Outstanding villa set in amazing grounds. Villa Pa

When we arrived at the villa we found it hard to believe that we had this truly amazing villa all to ourselves! The villa is huge and our grandchildren made it their mission to explore and report back to us. The furnishings and fittings are of the highest order.

Manuela , the maid , came for a couple of hours each day and was a real delight and extremely helpful. She keeps the villa in spotless condition.

The gardens are enormous and kept in first class order by the gardener who appeared each day at 8am and worked until late afternoon.

Benalmádena Pueblo is a hidden gem. It has narrow streets, little squares with fountains and excellent restaurants.We golf once or twice a year on Costa del Sol but had overlooked Benalmadena Pueblo but will certainly be back.

The owner , when we contacted him with a query ,could not have been more helpful.

Our only disappointment was when we had to leave as we had settled into amazing lifestyle.

Benalmadena pueblo (or old town) is located on the upper portion of the city. Everything is painted white and the town is often referred to as one of Spain’s best kept secrets.

It is quiet and peaceful, with mountain and sea views. It has narrow streets paved with cobblestones. There is a beautiful town square planted with orange trees with a beautiful fountain and several restaurants.

From the town square, you can walk over to the church and children playground with a magnificent view.

On Arrival. house is available after 5PM (1700). House must be vacant by noon (1200) on day of departure. If house is vacant before of after your stay, we will be flexible on time of arrival and departure.

The final clean is €200 and is not included in the listed rental rates.

The electricity is not included in the rent. An electric meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure from the house. The electricity will be deducted from the deposit. The amount of consumed electricity depends on amount of air conditions you use of if you heat the pool. If you run all 7 ACs day and night with doors open, you can get a high bill. If used with care at nights you can expect a low bill.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, or PayPal/Credit Card (+3.5% fee).

One bedroom in the house is not rented out, while it is used to store personal belongings of owner. This bedroom is not described or included in pictures. 6 bedrooms are rented out.
