Beautiful apartment in an AMAZING location
When searching for an apartment in Barcelona for my group of six, I prioritized the location as I wanted to mostly be able to walk to sights, shopping and dining. This location CAN NOT be beat! It was terrific!
In addition to the location, I was very pleased with the responsiveness to questions prior to renting as well as during our stay.
We arrived at a painfully late/early hour in the morning and the gentlement who greeted us was very detailed and thorough in his welcome and guidance.
While there is an elevator, we opted to get our exercise up and down several flights of stairs each time we came and went.
Finally, our whole group really loved the space, bedrooms, balcony and hanging out in the common areas. There is NO QUESTION that I would pick this apartment again next time I'm in Barcelona.

We stayed at this apartment for one week. We were three women and each had our bedroom, which was heaven! There are two bathrooms with great showers. The kitchen and bathrooms are very modern, with all the conveniences. We loved the little sunroom for evening vino! The apartment was very clean and comfortable; just like the photos. The apartment is perfectly situated in the Eixample district, one-half block from Passeig de Gracia and the fancy shops. A ten-minute walk from Las Ramblas and 20-minute walk to La Sagrada Familia.
I have rented apartments in a number of cities in Europe and this is one of the best. We highly recommend it, the owner was super helpful, check-in and out was painless. Oh, and also an elevator to get to the second floor, very welcome after our 10-15 km walks sightseeing in Barcelona!
Charming apartment in an excellent location
Apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious. In a beautiful building in the center of shopping, restaurants and an easy walk to all sites. Nicely decorated. We loved the sun porch. Easy check in. Owner pleasant and responsive. Would recommend without hesitation ....Also, do try excellent nearby restaurant, La Rita, for dinner.

Great apartment and location
We were a party of four ages 59 to 71. We are well travelled. This apartment has a premier location...central and right next to a five star hotel, namely the Majestic Hotel. The apartment exceeded our expectations and hopes. Spotless, light and airy, well equipped and updated kitchen, a seemingly new washer and dryer out in the 'sun room' which came in handy as we had already been on the road for a while, washing detergent was provided as well as a large clothes rack which we kept in the 'sun room', spacious bathrooms (and great showers) with plenty of space for toiletries, hairdryer , great air conditioning system, comfortable beds , elevator and great wifi connection. Loved it!! Right next door is a casual joint with outside seating for coffee and croissants in the morning...and a night cap at night when we returned from some fantastic dinners. We would return for sure.
Modern 3 bedroom apart in great location that fit the needs of 4 person family during 1 week stay.
Owners attentive to our additional requests during our full week stay. Much appreciated. Enjoyed modern bathrooms and kitchen. Master bedroom was quite comfortable. Building and apartment were safe and secure. BCN is noisy city but modern windows pretty effective when closed at controlling that. We liked the small porch and would often keep porch doors open whenever there for circulation. Desirability of Eixample apartment location hard to overstate for everything from metro to markets, pharmacies, cafes, etc. Although I usually used the stairs, small elevator was appreciated by others. Would rent again.

A brilliantly situated, comfortable, well equipped and stylish apartment
It was our second stay in the apartment and we would hope to book again on a return visit to Barcelona. The location is fantastic - so close to several architectural highlights (e.g. La Pedrera, Casa Batllo) so wandering back to our apartment every day was a joy; well situated for different Metro lines and buses; a 5-10 minute walk to Plaza Cataluna and Gothic quarter within 15 minutes; many other attractions walking distance away or a short journey on public transport; several cafes/bakeries/restaurants a couple of minutes' walk away.
The modern apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family of five, with Luis providing a cot and bedding for our two year old. The kitchen is well equipped and there are several guide books and Wifi access which helped us plan our days.
Located in central Barcelona, just off Paseo de Gracia, has perfect communications to enjoy the entire city.
The Eixample is a suburb upper middle class with all the services that a big city like Barcelona can offer.
