Why Carolyn Marlow chose Junction
I love Central London, its international community and the huge cultural diversity it offers; great food, mind-blowing markets, performance art, exhibitions - its cutting edge modernity and historic legacy. Wimbolden Tennis, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspurs Football Clubs, Lords Cricket - world class sports! We host some of the world's most amazing festivals of food, dance, music, art and performance. London is one of the greatest cities on earth! And it's all on our doorstep!!! And at the end of a thrilling day, having lived in this quiet family neighbourhood all my adult life, I know importance of a quiet moment to relax, kick back and recharge my batteries. I need quiet and space in plenty to do this. Our gorgeous Victorian Villa, its lovely garden and nearby parks is the perfect antidote! This house is brimming with period charm, extensive space to stretch out, easy parking and extraordinary quiet. Our peaceful walled garden invites you to enjoy a glass of wine and dinner one evening, or fresh croissants and morning coffee - here is a perfect oasis of calm at the end or start of your day!

Great location, very comfortable
We were happy to have stayed at Victoria Garden. It was only a 5 minute walk to the underground station, and there were many stores and restaurants nearby. As a family with 2 teens, we had plenty of space and enjoyed the many thoughtful touches. The welcome basket was especially lovely.
Clean, and comfortable. great location for transportation
Safe neighborhood and local restaurants were great!
Enjoyed our stay!
A lovely flat within minutes of the underground. Plenty of space for a family of 4 which served as a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of central London. Garden was quite nice as well.
Glad to have been able to make you feel at home.
Two great stays
We have now stayed twice in this bright garden flat, and it's in a great location. It is very close to a Northern Line tube stop, making access to central London a snap - most of the places we went did not require a transfer. There is also a handy Overground station steps away, and great bus service, as well. It's a quick walk to express versions of Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Aldi, a good greengrocer, and some very nice restaurants and pubs; a Co-Op and an Iceland are just a bit further. There are several parks nearby, so the neighborhood is well situated for families, walking and running. We loved the diversity of the area.
Great Location, Food Shopping, Lots of Ethnic Restaurant Options, 5 Minutes from Underground
Very clean comfortable property. Two twin beds in a nice size bedroom can be hard to find. Very nice bathroom. Address is easy to find, felt safe walking to and from day and night. All the grocery and restaurant options you need. We particularly enjoyed St. John’s Tavern—incredible variety of wonderful dinner offerings—and Hot Wok Kitchen. McDonalds and KY Chicken in the neighborhood if that’s your thing.
I’m so glad you enjoyed all that great local food and our vibrant neighbourhood. We love the eclectic mix, relaxing cafes and especially the wonderful weekend organic and street markets. Do come again!
For us it was perfect, everything needed was at hand. Definitely home away from home.
Coming from Zambia it was very cold for my husband and myself but on entering the lovely warm apartment we felt at home straight away. And as for the goodies on the table that was really welcoming, especially after travelling for nearly 24 hrs. We met our daughter and oldest grandson there, they had come over from the Netherlands to be with us for couple of days and it all worked out so perfectly. Plenty of room for us all and comfortable. My husband stayed at the apartment the whole day the next day as he was suffering from his back, and was very comfortable doing so even though we went out the whole day visiting all the different places London has to visit.
We spent three lovely days crisscrossing London like tunnel rats having the time of our lives, knowing we had a lovely apartment to go back to in the evening, Warm thank you Carolyn.
By the way Carolyn, my husband has been in the hospitality business for about 40 years, he is the General manager of Tongabezi Lodge, an upmarket lodge on the banks of the Zambezi river about 20km from the Victoria Falls. He loved your apartment, for someone who always stayed in Hotels I managed this time to get him to stay somewhere else and his opinion was, I could easily stay there for 6 months. He had no complaints at all.
If we are ever back your way I know where to stay that is for sure....Even my daughter says this is the perfect place for them as well...
Thank You ....until the next time we are in London
High praise indeed! Thank you so much for your wonderful review which, given your 40 years of experience in hotel hospitality, means so much. If we could make your family, who almost certainly have the highest expectations, feel so comfortable and welcome then we have done our job. Perhaps we will be lucky enough one day to visit Zambia and stay at your fabulous lodge. In the meantime your family also have a ‘home’ in London.
An oasis of calm in the vibrant heart of London.
