About Simona and Stefano
We are married and we suddenly fell in love with this splendid quiet region immersed in the nature. We move here from the chaotic Rome to improve our life quality, since people in this place are very kind and welcoming and there is only nature surrounding our villa.
Why Simona and Stefano chose Collazzone
We want to share our house with tourists in order to let them discover this beautiful region.
What makes this Villa unique
From the terrace of the house and the swimming pool you can admire a beautiful view of Todi and the nearby hills at sunset. There is a canopee bed available near the swimming pool where you can sip a drink in total relax.

Holidayed with family of seven. Five good bedrooms and two kitchens both very well equipped with more crockery and cutlery than one could ever need!! The pool was fantastic and big enough for lengths. Large patio areas with amazing views over the valley. Local A & O supermarket was more than sufficient to keep us happy. So many good restaurants locally but the Al Leone up the hill was very good value and friendly.
Stefano was very polite and efficient and was very very helpful. Lovely villa in a lovely area. Would definitely return!!
A fantastic household in beautiful Umbria
A house that had most things. The outside with a magical porch, a well sized pool and a smashingly beautiful view can only be seen as a five star. The inside had most things you can ask for even a cosy SPA and small gym, but no AC and the logistic need with two kitchens as well as none working dishwasher, takes down the overall impression a bit.
Overall a fantastic stay and very friendly hosts.
Family Umbria Stay
The property was as stated on the HomeAway site. My wife and I stayed with our two grown daughters and their husbands, plus our 14 year old grandson. We found the location and view to be excellent. It is located about a mile up the hill in a rural setting , which was very quiet. Italy was having a heat wave when we were there, so the pool became an absolute pleasure every afternoon and early evening. Stefano was very responsive to our needs and requests. The drip coffee maker quit working and he delivered a brand new one that afternoon. The airconditioned upstairs master bedroom was a delight. Downstairs stayed relatively cool based upon the unusally hot weather Italy was experiencing. The outside deck, overlooking the pool, was our family gathering spot when we weren't at the pool. We only cooked at the villa two nights because of the heat. We found a wonderful family run resturant in Collazzone, named Al Leone, which was wonderful. Overall experience was great and I recomend it to anyone, especially families.
Thank you so much!!!
We will be happy to have you back as our guests.

Nicely situated to explore the Umbrian countryside and towns such as Orvieto Assisi Spoleto Spello Todi Perugia and many more all no more than 40min drive away . Stefano and Simona could NOT have been more helpful . A definite 10 !!!

Wonderful and relaxing!
The hosts were very pleasant and helpful! They even met us at 5:00am for an early checkout!
A wonderful home for a multi-generation family vacation
We spent 2 glorious weeks at Stefano & Simona’s lovely villa. The villa was spacious and comfortably appointed. The pool area and outdoor terrace were exquisite. The location of the villa was ideal for taking short excursions to Umbrian hill towns. We loved picking up our provisions during the day and dining outside as the sun set. Stefano and Simona were delightful, warm, and helpful. They answered all of our questions and were responsive to every inquiry. As an added bonus, Stefano is a wonderful chef and we took full advantage by having him prepare a delicious dinner for us the night of our arrival. It was a wonderful way to arrive in Umbria! We hope to return to Stefano and Simona’s lovely home and warm hospitality in the not too distant future.
