About the property

Two ensuite bedrooms, sleeps four guests, farm location near the sea.

Primrose cottage was recently converted from one of Park Farm's dairy buildings and spans two floors connected with a spiral staircase. It is both comfortable and convenient with a fireplace and central heating. Both bedrooms (ground-floor double bedroom and first-floor twin bedroom) are ensuite and there's a fully fitted galley kitchen and private patio. There's also an adjacent coin-operated laundry for the convenience of our guests. Primrose Cottage is the ideal base for exploring East Sussex and all of 1066 Country's historical castles, country houses and formal gardens as well as nearby beaches at Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne and Camber. London history and culture is easily accessible from our local village rail station as well as the station in the historical town of Battle.

Quite and very nice cottage

We had a wonderful week in Primrose Cottage. If we needed something (e.g. additional pan, additional linen or informations) the very friendly owner provided it to us. Many thanks! There was a meadow, which can be used by all guests of the 4 cottages. Nearby were stables with private horses. No riding, but approximately 1 mile away at the same lane were a farm which provide the possiblity for riding.

Gelungener Urlaubsaufenthalt

Wir haben die Zeit in Park Farm sehr genossen. Bis auf das fehlende WiFi haben wir nichts vermisst. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter
