Perfectly located apartment right at new skiing slopes and middle of town

Luxurious apartment in the middle of town and right at skiing slope / Cretaz chairlift. Near golf course and mountain bike trails! View on Matterhorn from two sleeping rooms and living room.

The apartment was owned by Giuliana Chenal Minuzzo, who made history by becoming the first woman to take the Olympic Oath. The apartment contains a lot of historical tributes of the previous owner, combined with modern comfort and design.

The entrance of the apartment is right in front of Cretaz chairlifts. Which Means That You only have to cross a street to enter the apartment. The entrance is equipped with a high quality boot warmer installation and space to store skis and snowboards for 12 persons.

From the entrance you enter the open living room with TV and sitting area big lounge couch, open bioethanol fire, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and Playstation 4.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a big dining table for up to 12 persons.

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with chromo therapy). The sleeping area is separated from the "day area" with a pass. The first floor has 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms with big windows with view on slopes and Matterhorn and one small bedroom with bunk bed) and 2 bathrooms. All sleeping rooms. The living room and all bedrooms will be equipped with flat screens.

There are parking spaces in front of the building That belong to the condominium, if They are free one can park right in front of the door. Otherwise there is a big parking lot at 75 meters from the apartment. On- and off loading possibilities in front of the entrance.

Extra services (there will be additional charges for booking thesis services):

Possibility for catered chalet, ski guide, skiing lessons, reduced skiing rental, transfer from airport, heli-skiing, etc.

Beautiful apartment – superb access to slopes.

The apartment is ideal for groups looking for high quality accommodation and total convenience.

Situated on Via J.B. Bich, right in front of the Cretaz chairlift – you could not be in a better place to access the slopes. Especially good if you have young children with you, as we did. Equally, you are just minutes away from some great restaurants.

The accommodation itself is extremely well presented. The living space is a modern & practical, open plan design - yet retains lots of alpine character. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms all had decent showers. The kitchen appliances are all high-end. We could not find fault with the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location, perfect house for groups or large families

We stayed here for 4 nights in April. When they say that the skiing is 365 days a year, they're not kidding! We skied every day, and the chairlift was steps away from our front door. The house was perfect and well stocked with supplies. We had 5 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The ski rental shop and ski school right next door were incredibly friendly and great with the kids. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location

This is a beautiful spacious apartment which is decorated to a high specification. The bathrooms are wet rooms with lovely showers. The location is perfect just opposite the lifts/ ski schools and lift pass office. Very convenient for restaurants and bars.

We were a group of 3 families with teenage children who appreciated the space, the smart tv's and the sonos music system.

We would highly recommend.

Also, the host Judith is lovely, very friendly and helpful!

Läget är perfekt!

Standarden hög!

12 bäddar i specifikationen, borde vara 10 + 2 (2 bäddar är våningssängar i ett rum på 3m²)

Priset är i överkant, men smakar det så kostar det:)
