Very bright & big 4 bedrooms appartment with WIFI close to ski slopes and shops


Located in front of the ski garden for the kids and ESF meeting point, the apartment is close to ski slopes and lifts. Shops are all around and you can find a ski rental shop just downstairs the appartment. The apartment is in a very small residence with only 7 apartments. This is the biggest one among the others and is located on the second and last floor.

The apartment is quite big (968ft2 0r 90m2), very quiet with a maximum height of 38 ft2 for the living room. The apartment has a very good isolation, you will not be cold.

There are three bedrooms : one with bunk bed and trundle bed (3 sleeps), two comfortable room with a king size bed and wardrobe (a baby bed is also at your disposal if you need one to be in this room as well), another bedroom is under the roof with king size bed and TV. All the rooms are equiped with brand new high quality bedding.

There are two bathrooms; one is with shower and toilets and the other one is with bath and toilets. Heater is fixed on the wall for your comfort. A utility room is next to the bathroom with a washing machine (including dryer).

The open kitchen is entirely well equiped with oven, microwave, fridge, washing dishes machine, coffee machine, and so on. The living room is quite big with high windows (with mountain and ski slopes view). All the windows are equipped with high quality curtains to keep the apartment warm and in the dark during the night. There is also a TV in the living room. The couch is for 6 persons and you also have at your disposal some very comfortable chairs.

There is internet with a WIFI access. Pets are not allowed.

If you drive a car, there is also a parking just under the appartment and in front. It should not be a problem to park it. You will not need a car for your stay normally as you can do everything by walk. If you need, there is a bus station just in front of the apartment as well.

The view in this apartment is very beautiful as the windows are big offering you a very nice view of the mountain. You will definitely enjoy it.

The apartment is very comfortable and very suitable for families. You won't be disappointed.

Special prices with good discount at the ski shop if you rent our appartment (already negotiated with the owner of the shop).

Appartement très confortable et bien situé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et lumineux.

Bien différent de location saisonnière ou chaque mètre carré est archi-optimisé.. Ici, un peu comme à la maison, chacun avait son espace.

Sa proximité avec le centre de la station et le rassemblement ESF de Champamé est un véritable plus.

Nous y retournerons bien volontier.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux, cuisine bien équipée, calme, idéale pour grande famille. Un peu surpris pour L'accès à la mezzanine, mais ns ns sommes habitués, appartement propre et bien décoré, bonne literie.

très belles vacances aux deux Alpes

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement, il est idéalement placé, proche de toutes les commodités. Il y a de très beaux volumes et la prestation est vraiment d’excellente qualité. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Appartement spacieux, confortable, bien équipé, calme, clair et en excellent état. Deuxième étage sans ascenseur. Situation centrale face au point de rendez-vous de l'ESF et du jardin des neiges pour les petits. Pizzeria et location de skis au pied de l'immeuble, multiples restaurants et commerces dans un rayon de 500m. Arrêt de la navette gratuite devant la porte de l'appartement. Communication aisée avec le propriétaire, aucune surprise. Prix un peu élevé mais en rapport avec les prestations.
